I appreciate that TJ repeats similar tricks/maneuvers across several boards. If we’re attentive, it provides a lot of relative information about flex, stability through turns, stability at speed, landings, snap, hugging rails, and so on. Good stuff here TJ!
I bought the Solomon Sight a few years ago per your review. I personally think it made learning much easier as I almost never catch an edge an intiating a turn is quite easy. Thank you for your reviews.
I will definitely check all the boards on this video for details, TJ I am new to snowboarding and need more guidance in choosing my first board. Two weeks ago was my first snowboarding experience and I loved it. I’m definitely not young like you and most of your followers but I could use some help if you could just help. I will be watching more of your videos and hopefully be more prepared for the next season. Thank you.
Currently riding the Salomon aight at 150. First snowboard for me and I have no issues thus far with 7 days on the mountain with it. Highly recommend for your first board for sure 🤙🏽
Just ordered the 2024 version, being my first real new snowboard. Been rocking a nidecker from the 90’s as my first board. I can’t wait to see how quickly I’ll progress with it with new technology in todays snowboards.
Hi again @Board Archive About to make my first purchase, but still hesitating between the Salomon Sight and the Burton Instigator Pure Pop. Just rented from Burton a Process Camber with Step-On Photon and Re:Flex bindings. This setup was a bit too stiff for me, couldn't build a confident ride and clipped once or twice. So, ordered a Step-On Re:Flex binding with a pair of Burton Photon Soft, now I need to match the board. Intermediate rider, still building the confidence but no issues with carving, stop, ...
@@BoardArchive I like it a lot, I didn't really notice the difference between the flat top to the camber. Also mine is a 155 3d, I went from a 150 this a 155. What do u think, I'm 190lb, 10.5 foot, n I'm 5.5 ft tall u think it's the right size for me.
thanks for the review, I consider myself intermedia , I'm between the assassin and salomon sight , if I want mostly ride between threes, witch one should I choose ? thanks in advance
Hello, I currently have a burton ripcord as well as an arbor foundation rocker, which would you recommend? Still quite beginner as I started snowboarding on Jan 2023 and have only went about 6-7x during the season. Would you recommend the burton step on bindings on those 2 boards? Or the Now drive with the skate tech to help with turning?

Would be cool if you just gave your honest opinion.
Someone so skilled could honestly direct people.
the rome mechanic looks dope
I’m shocked to not see the Yes Typo on this list. Always ripping though!!!!
The burton ripcord was my beginner board I had, currently I'm now using the Kilroy with step ons. 🤙
solid choice how are you liking the kilroy

Great video-
Which couple boards would you recommend for an intermediate rider that spends almost all day in the resort on groomers?
Great video again? How do you like the Union Ultra bindings?
What your stance and angles ? And your height?ty Great videos

thanks for the review, I consider myself intermedia , I'm between the assassin and salomon sight , if I want mostly ride between threes, witch one should I choose ? thanks in advance
What is your top do it all snowboard?
Is the Union Ultra any good compare to the Atlas in terms of all mountain freestyle focus?🤔
Union ultra bindings? How do they compare to the strata
I feel like i might have jumped the gun a little with my comment on tjs last review haha

nice vids
thank you
Don’t buy Union bindings, kids. Go Rome or Burton.
Why?
I went with Rome over union with my skate banana , Rome makes the best bindings I’ve ever rode.
First
got em
Well, i think you sold on the Solomon sight. Was in my top 3 choices. Definitely helpful video 🤙
