- Politoed & Kingdra rain is rare in Generation 9 Scarlet & Violet Regulation F VGC but this Hyper Offensive rain team with Scizor did extremely well in the Global Challenge. 2020 LAIC VGC Champion & 3rd Place at both the 2019 and 2022 Pokemon VGC World Championships tries out the rain titans of the past.

Wow, you are playing multiple Japanese players I recognize and know in person. This time, you played じーまーこう in the very last game. He qualified for Japan Nationals last year and is hoping to qualify again through the last Global Challenge that is fast approaching. As for No Face AKA the creator of the team, I have played him a few times here in Japan and he really seems to love his rain teams from what I can tell.

Tera Dark over Tera Fairy on Scissor feels real odd to me. I feel that’s just asking to get called out by protect and CC’d or Sacred Sworded next turn.

I made it! It is using images from the TCG with some details and lighting effects drawn in, while correcting and blending the backgrounds to make it look a bit more natural.

What’s the speed investment in the scizor meant to outspeed?

Anything slower than a Scizor with 188 speed EVs.
I'm not sure if I mentioned it in the video but it is able to speed creep a lot of the no speed to little investment Rillabooms for Bullet Punch before Grassy Glide or U-Turn them before they can move without priority.
A bit late but it's also meant to outspeed your own Raging Bolt so you can U-turn, switch in Politoed, then Thunder with Bolt in Rain.
Triple battles are coming back?
Why dont use assault vest on the Raging bolt? Only have atacks maybe is better and you dont need te switch vs ground pokemon

"Only have attacks" yeah that's also how you ideally run choice items, especially specs and band
