If the target Pokemon is not touching the ground ( is not 'grounded' ) then priority moves will work. So Murkrow being flying type doesn't help. It's target needs to be not touching the ground.
Ya so murkrow isn't effected by terrain bc he isn't grounded but if the enemy he's trying to attack is grounded, prankster won't work. If he tries to hit someone likes torn or lando-i it will work bc they also aren't touching the ground
