Hello Sir, how can I clean the transparent power chain installed on my ceramic braces. It's been 2 months since I have started wearing braces. I use to clean ceramic braces very well and maintain hygiene but after power chain installation (2 weeks) rubber has become yellow.
Since the upper is already adjusted, all u can try is to use some desensitising paste for a month, apply it over the affected area for 5 min , then brush with the same paste, repeat twice a day, u will see result in 10-12 days hopefully.

U cant, u can request ur dr to change it, but it will turn yellow again.
Sir doctor placed cap in lower molar and adjusted upper molar(i felt pain also) now I am feeling sensation in upper molar teeth.
What should I do.
