The new store opened in Ropponmatsu, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka.
Mr. Jackson, a disciple who trained under Mr. Imazaki, will serve as the store manager.

【今屋のハンバーガーさまの新店舗に対する視聴者様からのコメントについて】
今屋のハンバーガー六本松店さまのオープンについて、「店の権利はどうなっているのか」、「悪いやつらに取り込まれていないか」などといったコメントをいただいております。
前途ある若者と今崎さんのこれからの未来において、誤った憶測や誤解が生まれることは、こうして縁を賜りました私としても不本意でありますので、私の知る限りの事実を説明させていただきます。
現在、今崎さんのお店は、ある方がマネージャー的なサポートをしています。
その方は現在40代半ば。今崎さんからすると息子のような年齢にあたります。
その方は実は、幼いころから西公園の今屋のハンバーガーに通っていた方です。
毎日のように友達とみんなで西公園で遊んでいたそうで、今崎さんはやはり当時も、時々子供たちにホットドッグを食べさせていたそうです。
時々、今崎さんが「宇宙人」というニックネームで呼ばれていますが、それは子供たちが「おじさんはどこに住んでるの？」と尋ねた時に、今崎さんが「おじさんは宇宙から来てるんだよ。この車は本当は宇宙船なんだよ。」と答えていたからです。
今崎さんのいる公園で遊び、今崎さんのホットドッグを食べていた少年は、大人になってから自身のビジネスを成功させました。
そして、彼が次にやりたいと思ったことは、今屋のハンバーガーをこれからもずっと残し、これからの子供たちにも食べさせたいということです。
今屋のハンバーガーの新規店舗展開には、そのような想いが込められており、今屋の味を変えずにずっと保ち続けたいという気持ちは、今崎さん本人よりも彼の方が強い印象です。
彼は今崎さんのお店の運営をしていますが、それ以外にもいろんなサポートをしています。
私の見た限り、それはお金儲けではありません。
今崎さんの体の事、お店の事をケアする姿は、父を思う息子のように見えます。
いずれにしろ、40年近く続く二人の関係があって進んだ店舗展開のお話です。
私は、お二人の意思を尊重したいと思いますし、これからも応援していきたいと思っております。
とても心温まる素晴らしいエピソードです。
ただ、現在かなり下の方にあって、うっかり見過ごすところでした😅

オープニングで、"新店舗" と出た瞬間、ああ 良かった！ 暑い中、高齢でお身体を心配しておりました！ そして、詳細を拝見して 更に、安心致しました。優しさの繋がりを感じた次第です。あれ？公園も閉店せずで 今崎さん、頑張ってらっしゃるんですね！！それも、嬉しいです！！子供たちの思い出に残る場所ですものね～🥰

以前に１人でおじいちゃんが作っているホットドッグ動画を見て「凄い！」と思っていました。行列ができているけど皆イライラせず出来上がるのを待っていました。
待っているお客さんもおじいちゃんのファンなんだと感じました。新しい店舗もできおじいちゃんにもっと長生きしてほしいと思いました。

I watched this dear grandpa cooking on another channel about Street Foods in Japan and the first time i saw him cooking, i got teary eyed and felt hungry at the same time! His version of american styled hotdogs are awesome - just watching him makes you warm and hungry at the same time - the dear grandpa effect 😅

America was,until the late 60's it started to shift and shift further every decade since..Also in Japan they do not have immigration like America that's why you can have a cleaner,better behaved society..Diversity doesn't jive together,as we see all throughout the West!
