    INGREDIENTS:
    Pork Knuckles
    Peanuts
    5 gloves of garlic(diced)
    2 shallots sliced
    7 sliced of ginger
    40g fermented ref bean sauce add 1/2 tbsp of juice
    1Tbps of Chu Hou sauce
    1tbps Oyster sauce
    1/2 tsp of dark sauce
    30 g of rock sugar
    1/2 tsp ground pepper
    1piece dried tangerine peel
    2 star anise
    40 g shaoxing wine
    1. Blanch the pork knuckle and wash it.
    2. Soak peanut for 2 hrs then boil for 15 minutes then rinse and set aside.
    3. Fry ginger when fragrance remove it.
    4. Add shallot ang garlic then add fermented bean sauce add pork knucle. Add wine..
    5..Add peanut, star anise, rock sugar, wine, oyster sauce, ginger, dark soysauce then put water to cover yje pork..simmer 45 to 50 minutes..till soft then try the taste..Ready to served...
