We went to a local optician in Malaysia for JJ's eye exam. One of JJ's eyes was worse than expected, so he did various tests, and eventually got the glasses. He was going to have an examination at the ophthalmologist, but the waiting time was over 2 weeks, so he received a colorblindness, squint eye, allergies, macula, optic nerve, retinal examination, etc. at another recommended optician.
안녕하세요. 말레이시아의 동네 안경점으로 JJ의 시력검사를 하러 갔습니다. 생각보다 JJ의 한쪽 눈이 안좋아서 다양한 검사를 하였고, 결국엔 고민끝에 안경을 맞추었습니다. 안과에서 검사를 하려고 하였지만 대기가 2주가 넘어가서 추천받은 다른 안경점에서 시력검사 외에 색맹, 사시, 알러지, 황반, 시신경, 망막 검사 등을 받았습니다.

Agree with your concern. Probably best to consult an opthalmologist too than just asking an optometrist before deciding on a child's eyewear.

Yes, I'm in a hurry now, so I got my child's glasses first, but I'll see an ophthalmologist next time☺️ Thank you for your advice👍🙏

Sometimes eyes vision is caused of the parents genetic just like me who have a bad vision eyes since 4 years old can't even see people faces clearly without glasses on

It is a matter of five elements in his body.Go to bazi-calculator and key in his birthday and time.It usually will be too much fire element like me who have to wear glasses or water element stand behind fire element,etc.If you are christian and don't believe anything of this,it is okay.But do buy eye supplement capsules for kids for his own good.It is not a matter of keep on changing new glasses every year.
