The only thing is... when u order them they send u ones that to me aren't the best. When they get sent to an artist for a review of course ur gonna get the best. And I don't think it was her who made my brushes bad.. I think due to covid and lack of maybe supplies is why I didn't get the best ones. I got a floral brush and it was like it was missin bristles and when I unpackaged I was heart broken cuz I watched ur vids and mine was nuthin like urs 😢... it had bristles that were bent down so I had no choice but to cut cuz even hot water wouldn't help... I wish I could send her money for HER to pick out my brushes cuz I kno she would send the best ones. I've even bout Mark reid ones recently that broke my heart.. my #2 bends and I can't get straight... I really wanna purchase more Bustamante so bad but I don't wanna get the duds 😢.... and I ain't sayin that to put ones stuff down cuz all I hear is how great they r... I jus think when mine were made there was issues in the factory...

I've had that happen with every brush line I've ever used. No company is sage from having bad stock or something being damaged unfortunately. But I think you have to judge a line by its overall performance and I've been using these brushes for a while and they've held up so well and I really like them.
