I was searching the internet for alternatives since they don't sell them anymore, but first of all there are none 😂 and second I don't really want a "fake" wand from an unofficial brand if u know what I mean🫤
Hey! Unfortunately no updates, doesn’t seem like they’ll be coming back anytime soon. The app still works for it, you can find them for sale on eBay and Mercari, the retail price was $150 in case you want to look you have that price as reference for a brand new one sealed. Some have started to come down in price but are still high due to them being discontinued. Hope this helps!

I don’t know. I’m still bitter about the limited heroic wand fiasco. They sold out before the countdown finished, and club members weren’t even emailed about the release until a full day later, but plenty could be found on eBay for 5-10 times the price, and people promoted the reselling market by buying them! I don’t know why the limited number was so small. I don’t know why they simply limited the run, and not told anyone about the number (could be limited to 50,000, but customers don’t know). And I don’t know why they didn’t simply rereleased it with a slight altered paint scheme, so that we all could still buy heroic, but those who were lucky to buy the limited, still, technically, have their limited version.
I was able to buy mine 5 minutes before the actual launch time and had no issues and from what I experienced it was still available for a couple minutes after launch but the quickly changed to sold out. The amount might’ve been because they were unsure of how it would sell but it was very small I agree. You’re right now every single one of them is a a limited edition product. 🤣
Thankfully I got one of these before they all got snagged up for my daughter for Christmas. She's going to have a blast changing lights in her room with this!

Originally there were supposed to be 6 models released, the one I show is called “wise” and the last model is called “Adventurous” but both never came to market. If it wasn’t for the cease and desist I’m sure they would have been the next releases after some time had passed.
Hopefully they pivot and come back with a better version and take the reviews seriously and release a wand of superior quality. Then I’ll consider getting this for my daughter. Hearing how cheap they feel and we don’t even have 3/4 of the items required to make them work, not worth the money.
This decision is ridiculous to be honest! They've created such a cool interactive gadget, questionably the funniest ever made, and suddenly dismissed it... I mean, this is an official gadget that has been publicly released.... you can't keep selling those useless HP home products at the universal studios, in various stores and online, and stop selling the OG gadget... The only reason i could think of is licensing problems of some sort. Otherwise it's just a very bad decision from them!
Kano should be ashamed of themselves. It's their fault that the Caster Wands are discontinued. They need serious karma at this point. And I hope the Caster Wands become available again.
I have the Honourable Wand. Very disappointed with it. These wands are made of cheap plastic, they’re poorly painted, the seams are visible and look like they’re about to crack open, and the lighting effects on the wand is not consistent. I unfortunately opened my package outside of the return window so I’m stuck with it.
*Not to mention that I solely bought Honourable because I believed it to be a Gryffindor wand and loved the fiery color of the lights of that appeared in the marketing images for it and even in the box itself. But I can’t for the life of me get the wand to light up that color. So disappointed.

No I’m sorry I’m not sure where they’d have them. I know these were only released in the US and UK initially and were set to go to other countries but never did. So I’m not sure if there would be any available near India to begin with.
Thanks for the update. I was debating on this versus one of the real wood wands. I guess fate made the choice for me. Curious: Does the app still work for those who currently own one?
If that’s true then I’d wait for that to happen, the wands are fun and I would hope they learn the pricing needs to be lowered and the materials need to be better, these retailed at $150 and are worth it technology wise but they seem very cheaply built. If they do end up making a new version it’ll probably be using the same app and be able to do all the same things and then some. But if you’re impatient like myself you can find them on mercari from electronics liquidators for sometimes less than retail and sealed!
Ok I had a comment up trashing Kano. But now that I think about it. Blame WB for being theives. Then presenting a "stolen" product for everyone to get excited about. WB sux all the way around these days. Gaming sux because of them too.

Kano owns the patents and ©, WB stole them and cancelled a collaboration contract with kano. Basivally WB was trying to have its cake and eat it too. So unpess WB wants to hand over back amd future royalties to kano, you will never see these again.
Kano deserves Karma for what they did. Like I said, Warner Bros owns the rights to Harry Potter, not Kano.
