Aye Mike, just got the lows in white with red and blue. I think they put the piece on leather due to the cut of leather they use. Likely taking a split grain and protecting it, whereas a full grain or even top grain has the leather’s naturally to protect it.
i was choosing this between with the nike air force 1s i chose this because its gonna have more life span and can take more rough use since i will do it for everyday use
I usually wear either a woman's 9.5 or 10 or a men's 8. My feet are wider and not very long. I'm afraid if I get a W10.5 it'll be too long, but that if I get a 10 it'll be too thin. Not sure if you can answer this but what would you recommend?

Any basic shoe cleaner and giving them a scrub after a few wears should maintain them just fine.
