@@NamikazeMinato007. go to settings then connections. Click on bluetooth and you should see a list of all your connected bluetooth devices. There is three small dots in upper right corner. Click on that and then select settings. In there is a setting for media volume sync. Turn that on. If its greyed out make sure your buds are connected and then you can turn it on. You will have control of ear buds with phones volume keys.

When I done this it turned the volume up a little. But my volume is still very low compared to other buds. Is there just a low/high setting or can you make them get higher and higher? Mine says high, but unless there is total quietness I can forget it. I love working outdoors, I thought I could listen to my videos/podcast while working in garden or mowing. That is impossible. If there is any noise i can not hear! My volume did go up a bit higher but not much? Thanks for any help you can give.
I got the Galaxy buds pro and it's a little different in the menu but I figured out what you were talking about so I could hold my finger on the bud to turn up the volume but it's still not very loud

I have lost right ear bud, and now left one is set on volume down and same has been pressed several times by mistake because of which volume has been decreased, confirm how to up the volume without the right one.

i had the some issues with my right bud volume it was too low or slightly low But i fixed it You need to tear down the bud that had low volume then take out the block inside Its like a touch pad thingy Anyway. Under that u can see the sound thing, pusch it with a screwer softy on the edges and then blow little hard but not too hard then but back the buds. After that reboot the buds and there u have it. If u didnt understand hit me up and i can make a vid on it🔥👍
Only one of the buds is low and this did nothing to help. I am frustrated cause I have tried and failed a million different ways to fix these and worst thing is I am not the only one.

When I do this it just turns my phone's volume up not the earbuds so there's no difference, I'm at Max volume and can barely hear anything
DISABLE Volume Sync in the phone settings

I havent updated mine yet, I just got it, and I had me media volume all the way up and had to do this "trick" or else it was super low.

You can also go into phone settings and synchronize your phones volume buttons to the ear buds as well

This does not work.... you can get the same results by pressing the volume key on the side of the galaxy.
