    My first RUclips comment ever and I want to thank you for the clear explanation and not repeating "solutions" that everyone says to try. This all actually worked and I was able to connect both buds. For those that have issues pairing the two earbuds, keep trying to reset the earbuds and holding them together in the case for 7 seconds as well as try to unpair them from bluetooth and it should work after a couple of tries!

    THANK YOU!!! I did all the reset clear memory reload app things that so many on-line answers suggest, wasted a lot of time, very frustrated. Your first tip in this video was my problem! Since my left bud was charged, the light turned to green even though the right bud was at zero, which misleads you into thinking that the buds are perfectly inside...but they aren’t! Thanks to you I have fixed the problem. I’d bet 90% of problems people have is simply this. The green light is deceiving. THANK YOU!

      it really was a waste of time. he explained it straight on that one of the buds were just not charging at all or properly. thanks mate. kinda wasted my time on the other guys

    My left bud was not connecting. I removed the earfin (the thing which helps to hold the bud in your ear) pressed the left bud slightly in the case, charged only the left earbud for like 2 minutes and now I can see it's battery 1% .. thank to everyone who uploads videos on such issue..

      @@RazAr- you can download it from playstore. Still you can try the above process without the app. Just charge your case with working earphone to 100%. Then try charging your disconnected piece after doing the above process. Make sure the light turns red while you are charging the disconnected piece.❤️

    My left ear bud was not showing at all on wearables. I tried this 4,5 times and can finally see left earbud charging and shows 3% charged. It does work. Keep trying repetitively. So glad i watched this video. These buds are gift from my bf and i dont eant to loose em. Thank you.

    My right ear bud was at 0% and not charging. Everything told me that it was damaged and I needed to replace it. I was upset. I followed your instructions about leaving the case open after the light stayed red. Worked like a charm! Thank you very much!

    Saved my boyfriend's pair from getting chucked out of frustration, tried first method and it didnt take more than two tries(needed it for right bud only). Thank you so much for this video!

    I try to reset but the option is just grayed out. I tried a software update but it says both buds need to be connected. My left bud is dead and it won’t charge. It just shows a constant red light

    I left my right headphone in my pocket and my left one on the case overnight and it stopped working. No connection nothing. I tried the first method but only with the right headphone in the case and after a few tries I let it charge until the orange light went off. They both work now perfectly! I just got a label to ship it to Samsung but that won't be needed. Thanks again you're the best!

    One of my earbuds spontaneously stopped working several weeks ago and I had pretty much given up on them. Turns out the broken one wasn't charging and taking it out and putting it back in over and over until the light stayed red seemed to fix it.

    There has to be at least 50 youtube videos and how to webpages saying to close the lid for 7 seconds to reset the earbuds then try to repair. And the comical solution to factory reset the earbuds, that WILL NOT TURN ON OR PAIR with the android app that it won't connect to. Yours is the only solution that works! Thank you so much! I was messing with these things for an hour. The earbud light on the case would turn red then green, leading me to think they were charged, but then would not power on or connect.
    I cannot tell you how much it is to find a video on this issue that is not completely useless like all of the others. Clear instructions and pointing out what may cause an issue. What more can anyone ask for!

    I can't reset my galaxy buds without having both of them connected and the left one is showing that it is not connected so i cannot reset them any ideas ?

      2 things Liam, one your left bud might be dead so take out the right bud and allow the left to charge for like 20mins.(btw, go to Bluetooth settings and unpair them) Once that's done put both in your ear, touch and hold on the pads on the side until you hear a pulsing sound. Once you hear the pulsing sound reconnect the buds and it should work. I'm currently having problems with the charging in the right bud.

      @@leosama4463 mine don't want to charge then. I put the left bud in by itself for a while night, after unpairing them. They still won't work.

      @@sawyerhumphreys4257 make sure only your left earbud is left charged with a red light throughout. If anytime it turns green, remove and put it back until it stays red (not blinking). Sometimes, you have to keep removing and putting it back just so you can see the constant red light. Don't give up, keep trying. Either shake the earbud a little bit or press down for a few seconds. Do not close the cover and leave the earbud charge only after it has turned red.

    Wow finally a tutorial that helps! It was the green light that was misleading! First tip to make sure the repositioning to get the red light did the trick. Thank you!!! Wished I saw this before I wasted money today since was too frustrated and ordered a new ear bud

    Thank you!!! I've watched all videos on youtube, this reset 7 sec press worked after I opened the case cleaned it with alcohol and was about to open the bud😃 the right bud wasnt working didnt want to charge I had to leave it in its case alone "without" the working left bud, pressed on the right not working for a few seconds till the red light turned green on the bud case. Then it came back. It's a galaxy buds

      Same here, i tried everything, and i was so convinced my ear bud was charged, but if you try this 10× it will start charging. I had gone to the store tobget a refund and came home and just decided to try again and my right bud is charging now

    One bud was left out for several days. Put it in the charger... said it was charging by the red light but would not connect. Your on and off technique was what I needed. Thank you so much 💓 your brilliant

    havent used my buds in a long time, a few months, plugged them in, case is showing they are charged, but the right bud was dead, undetected by any phone. lift it up a few times in the case until the red light stayed red, now is showing 1% battery on the right one. so...your method worked for me ! thank you !

    Lifting the left bud continuously until the light stayed red worked! Must've been in a safe mode or something. Also ironically there was a software update for the charging algorithm, but you need both buds connected😂, thanks!

    This fix worked. Had 1 bud not charging at al. the BT disconnect did not work. the reset from app did not work, the uninstall Galaxy Wearable App did not work. *** the 7 second reset brought it back to life. Great video. thanks!

    my left earbud live is dead. Shows up as a blank battery in the app. When i put it in the case the light goes red and always stays red. Ive never had that green light that people describe. It wont charge and is still dead. None of these fixes worked.

    Wow, i did the reset and then just kept taking then in and out the case for maybe 7 or 8 times before the led stayed red. I came back later and both now work. Thank you. For that you got another sub

    Method 1 worked for me! I called Samsung support and they said buds need $100 repair. Found this video and it took several tries when left bud led kept going green after 3 seconds. Just kept removing, replacing until it stayed red, then it fully recharged. THANKS!!

    Omg this worked for me!!
    My right earbud drained all the way because I often fall asleep with one bud in my ear. It wouldn’t work for a few days inside the case even tho my case was fully charged every time. Finally I realized it simply wasn’t charging.
    Following your instructions
    1. I reset my buds and had my iPhone forget the device
    2. With the case fully charged, I toggled the dead bud until the light stayed red (leaving functioning bud out). Let it charge with case open for about 2hours just in case
    3. Reconnected the device to iPhone Bluetooth. 4. Reconnect to galaxy buds app.
    5. Re-pair buds by long touch both buds.
    This last re-pairing took a few times of opening and closing the case. The battery level for the dead bud and the case kept getting different reads. Finally when the case read [!] Instead of 48% I re-paired the buds while in my ears. It finally worked!!

    Just bought these as a replacement from Amazon,lost my other buds,left bud wouldnt connect,no sound,no power,the key like dude said was make sure u get the red light when u put the buds in the case,close the lid,boom,I immediately had 27% and charging! Thanks bro

    Hey I just wanted to say thanks. The one where I hold down both buttons in the case worked for me. I held the buttons till the light turned green and started flashing red then I took em both out, put em back in, reconnected, and my left earbud finally showed back up in the Wear app on 1% you saved me lots of money thank you

    100% this trick works. You have to try atleast 10-15 times(Never give up), it will surely work.

    Nice.. i thought may buds are full charged because it says green.. i did the first step and now it stays red means totally drained thats why its not working.. nice trick! I never use my buds in 6 months and used it for 2 times only to test so i was thinking how come it will become broken.. its good that i watched your video.. good job.

    I didn't even have to unpair my earbuds, I just had to put my right in the case and take it out like 4 time. Thanks, I thought I had to buy a new unit.

    BAM! It worked. I had to not only disconnect, but then remove them in Bluetooth settings and then with them no longer associated with the phone the right bud started charging again. I tri3d the drop in and take out dozens of rides but it wasn't until I did the disconnect PLUS removing in Bluetooth settings that it worked. Strange, but true. Thanks so much. Gotta follow this exactly!

    Found the fix: remove the silicone attachments to it and just place it back in charge. works like a charm

    Than you for showing all solutions beyond resetting the buds! the green light was misleading on the case & the re pairing procedure is what i actually needed to do ( once it got a bit of charge in to allow me to do it ) Much appreciated that you have provided info that i could nto get out of samsung support

    I had a problem with my right bud not connecting even though the case was plugged in to charge. I took out the left bud and with the right bud kept removing it and placing it back until the light remained solid red. Took about 10 tries to achieve. Then I replaced the left bud into the case and did the tap reset which prompted the light to blink. I turned on Bluetooth and unpaired the buds. Opened Galaxy Wearable to set up the buds. They both connected and the right bud was showing 1%! Thank you for the video!

      My right earbud won't pair and I cannot reset for some reason it doesn't allow me to do so because I thing both need to be paired in order for that to work and since only one is paired..I'm yield! Any suggestions?

    My problem is my right side is not working. No battery is shown. Now like you said it's red now. Charging I think.
    Should I keep the lid open all time time while it's charging? For how long?

    This is happening with me on first day. It's frustrating. Not reliable product.
    Bought from Samsung authorized dealer shop. Shop asked me to visit customer care. Shop will not help here at all.
    Planning to visit customer care tomorrow.
