THANK YOU for this video. The volume using my Samsung Galaxy S8 was not high at all that I actually returned the first pair but had the same issue with the second pair. Changing to Volume Down on the Left increased the volume significantly. Samsung tech couldn't even help me with this. I was afraid I was going to have to return the second pair AGAIN THANK YOU!

I changed to the larger pair but still wore the buds wrongly. When I finally wore it right, I was like a deaf that heard sound for the first time. I was surprised how tightly and comfortable it sat. So tight, I slept with it, ran with it, yawned, chew, shook my head... 1. The silicone tip you choose is very important, don't just settle for the one that it came with. 2. Make sure the silicone surface is lying totally flat without any visible part peeking at you when you look at your ears. Note: My mistake was that the silicone was not totally flat, I was always seeing a portion of it. I hope I helped. This really, really fits. It's surprising!

you dont turn them off. If you want to pause a song you tap it. If you want to actually "turn them off" you put them in the case and close it. it automatically disconnects.
Thanks for the tip - will this change be *Saved* in the buds forever after, even if I am not connecting to a phone? For example, if I am connecting the buds to a TV via blutooth and the phone is OFF, will I be able to lower or increase the volume in the buds from the TV using this or it will have reverted to default?

I might start using the galaxy buds live again, I got them when they first released but they hurt my ears for some reason so I stopped using them and just went back to my £15 wired sony earphones lol.
Have a closer look at your bean buds. They may be in the wrong ear. The little raised bit does not go down near the ear canal like other buds do. I could not get the volume to work until I realised I had them in incorrectly

Sometimes I'll double tap to change song and the buds will raise or lower my volume. When it does that it makes a different noise than the normal two beeps. What's going on??
I had serious problems with the bluetooth connection. Every time I put my Samsung s8 in my pocket, I lost connection. I've never had this problem with any other device. Have you hear of these problems with the Beans?

Try changing the size of the tips, the pack comes with three sizes, might make it more comfortable.
