The deception by the daughter and her friend created the predicament in the first place, even after the father instructed them.
That's for sure. But who could have predicted sex slavers on the look out by the airport? I would have thought collateral damage in a terror attack to be the thing to worry about.
Her father should have let her be sold into sex slavery to be passed around like a doobie for a week as a hard lesson, then saved her. She was sexy stumbling around on the auction block. I'd watch the X rated directors cut. I'm joking of course. It was great the way he saved her.
Frankly, because of them an entire sex trafficking operation got shut down. From the front men to the head honchos to the big dollar customers to the discount creepos!
Well, the moral of the story is, no matter how much the man goes through to rescue a girl, including if he is your father, its not enough until he gets you an open to a rock star audition. And even then, maybe not.

I know the recap needed to move quickly. However that 'nothing personal' lift scene is a real beauty and the ultimate caring Dad response.

Great recap. Short and to the point and yet complete. My only quibble is that a few descriptors were wrong. An example being at the 6:40 mark, saying that Liam was dressed as a waitress while in fact he was dressed as a waiter. Keep up the great work.

Is the narration AI? Jean-Claude is pronounced John, not Jean/Gene. Someone else pointed out the use of waitress instead of waiter. If you like the Marco interrogation scene, don't waste your money on a streamed version of this film. They replaced Marco being stabbed in the thighs with spikes with the electricity being connected to the metal rod going to the armrest of the chair with jumper cables. (Amazon Prime). I will be trying to get a refund because of this.

This was a good movie. I have a friend in Manhattan who goes to the movie theater very often. He suggested we see this movie. I hardly ever go to the movies but I said 'Sure. I'll sneak a few beers in. Can't have theater rules cutting into my drinking time'. My friend had probably seen the coming attractions for this movie and thought it looked good. I had absolutely no idea about it at all. I was glad I went, saw it at the Lowe's on 86th street, a multiplex but still a big screen, and I got a real kick out of the movie because of how Ryan went from mild mannered to to professional killer when he had to. Later that month we went to see the new James Bond movie.
The only movies I was excited about enough to go to the theater to see were 'Avatar' and 'Joker'. I smoked pot before seeing Avatar, the 3D technology was very cool. And for Joker I could buy a beer at the theater. Joker was very cool on the big screen. I really was riveted. I bought the DVD and watched it with a friend on his flat screen and the screen size made a difference.
$15 to see a movie. My mother would get rid of me and my brother for a whole Saturdays at the $1 matinee, double feature and we sat through the 2 movies twice. All the kids we knew from school would be there. Saw 'Planet of the Apes' 10 times.
Lately I'm not seeing anything from the movie industry worth getting excited about. Tarantino seems to be paralyzed because of wokeness and nasty control freak liberals. America needs to lighten up and learn how to have fun again. A movie with a small army of old school beer drinking red necks slaughtering wokies would be great. Fuck what Twitter thinks. Jack Reacher is cool.
