Just got mines last week and I just love that I’m doing a skincare routine. My first time ever doing this. Thankfully this is a kit and the instructions is simple. Hope to see results in a month at least. Then I’ll buy again if i see it’s working.
For those of you who are in young young teens and wanting to buy this due to eye bags, I found that the level 1 system makes you look a bit less tired and quite fresh if you use it how it’s meant to (consistently and right amounts) so it should solve your problem. Otherwise if you really want to go ahead and use level 2 or 3, I know quite a few friends who used this and are my about my age (18-22) and the eye cream is something they found to be super effective.

@@jacobfries oh my bad, i totally forgot. So i immediately saw the difference, especially during the winter time when i see my face gets really dry from the cold NY climate. I'm really satisfied with the results just wish i would of took a before and after
So here’s a dumb question but do you wash your face then dry then apply “wash” then wash then dry then apply “scrub” then wash then dry again? Or do you just wash your face then apply one of products then wash again and apply another product without drying in between?

Yeah, it should be a part of your AM and PM routine if you use our Level 2 or 3 systems.

It will help to reduce some puffiness around your eyes, as well as reduce dark circles. Unfortunately, we're unable to guarantee that your eye bags will be removed altogether.

I take a shower after working out in the morning, should I do the morning routine before my shower or after?
Pro-tip: You can actually use WASH and SCRUB in the shower if you'd like, and then apply either AM or PM moisturizer after you dry off.
We'd recommend doing your morning routine after (or during) your shower.

I'd been using Skin Care products called Khiels for Men from Ulta Beauty for about a month and decided to try Tiege Hanley instead.. My question is, the Tiege Hanley products just arrived yesterday, but I'm not sure if I need to wait a few days before using them because I was using the other products or if it is fine to use Tiege right away, can someone or Tiege Hanley please answer?
You should be able to start right away with no issues. That said, everyone's skin is a bit different, so it's possible there may be a bit of an adjustment period as you switch over to Tiege. Feel free to contact us at info@tiege.com if you have additional questions!
So if I wanted to use a separate lotion would I use it before or after this skin care process?
It depends on what you're using, but generally, you'd apply a separate lotion prior to the AM moisturizer.
Would using level 2 at age of 18 be a good preventive measure under eye?
You probably do not need it at 18 but yes it would help improve the skin under your eyes.

Hi, so I bought a level 2 without a membership but It remained untouched for at least 4 weeks. I just used it today and the products felt normal like before but the eye cream took a little while to come out. I had to pump it at least more than 13 times for something to come out. Is the eye cream still considered good for use?
Yes - the eye cream is good. It sounds like there was an air pocket in the bottle. If you're getting product now, that should be good.
I just started using your products 3 days ago and I got a couple new pimples, is my face purging so it gets used to products or shall I stop using it?

Our products work well for all skin types, including oily skin.
It is possible that your skin may take a few days to get adjusted to the products. Continue to use them for a few more days, and if you are going through a purge right now, your skin should start to clear.
My skin feels a little irritated after using the product. It might be that I’m rubbing it to hard but my skin only feel irritated when I apply the products. It goes away after a couple of minutes.

I am on my second level, it just arrived but I wasn't given the eye cream 👎 I was charged more then first time but same items arrived. Not so happy with over charged

Eye bags are a result of not enough sleep, try to get a good sleeping schedule going and that should help somewhat thats what i did to reduce my eye bags
When u put the eyes cream do u have to rinse and then put the am cream on?
You do not rinse between putting on the EYES or AM moisturizer. They are leave on products.

Does these products help reduce dark spots from Acne? And will this system help prevent acne?
The products aren’t made specifically to repair dark spots or scars, but we definitely recommend our products to clean your skin, moisturize/hydrate your skin, and gently exfoliate to brighten your skin by allowing newer skin cells to surface.
Im 18 if i buy this level or the level above isnt it better for me, since that anti aging would just moistorize it extra, or is it like certain things in it react to younger skin different.
Good question, I am also considering between 1 or 3, not very keyed on lvl 2.
I upgraded to lvl 2 at 18 too! One thing i found to be true in almost every self care/ skin care product is "don't start when u start seeing the signs of damage, start before the damage is done."
Under eyes are like super sensitive and earlier u start using eye cream, it will look younger for longer.
As for lvl 3, I'd say you can start using that between age of 25-30. You can start that earlier too but it's gonna have diminishing returns in price to results until 25 (the point when male skin completely matures) and 30 is where it starts to decline.

We do not recommend Level 2 or Level 3 for those under age 25.

It's not that it's bad, it's that the aging around your eyes has probably not advanced enough to truly benefit from the product's anti-aging effects...this is why we recommend a Level 1 box for someone your age.

It depends on what you mean by tanning session. Consult your specialist if you're tanning at the salon...but if you're tanning au naturel, we'd recommend using a higher level SPF sunscreen since you're going to be exposed to the sun for an extended period.
