I have been doing that for about 2 to 3 months becuase i am into working out and no results with acne :/
Cool Kid if you lower sugar and fat cut artificial flavors lower daily intake and lower animal foods aka meats I can clear my back acne in like 2 days but then if I stop eating like this it comes back in like 2 weeks
Very true me too. I had it severe and have had trouble maintaining a clear diet for years.
I wish I can wash my bed sheets and pillow cases once a week but I use a laundry mat store. So washing once a week is kinda of hard for me. 😭😢
