For anyone wondering if it's worth to pay the extra price for the eye cream, trust me it is 100%. I've been using the product for less than a week and my dark circles have been reduced significantly! I've been cursed with horrible dark circles for the majority of my lifetime and I've never seen a product that is this successful at getting rid of them. Tiege should definitely start selling the product individually, they'd make a killing. Also, is it wrong to rub the eye cream in? Or are you only supposed to dab it? I start by gently rubbing it in then I start to dab it, not sure if rubbing will be harmful.
Yes - you should rub the eye cream in lightly. And thanks so much for the feedback. Our community helps us make decisions and we appreciate you speaking out! Thanks for the continued support! 🙂
Been using the eye cream for about a year and 👍👍. Quick tip if you want it to feel extra refreshing pop it in the fridge for a few hours. Trust me it makes a difference..especially those Monday mornings when you need extra help waking up 😂
Good catch. I actually noticed that before publishing, but unfortunately, at that point, it wasn't possible to get the video updated. We do recommend dispensing onto your ring finger. Your ring finger is far weaker than your index finger, so it forces you to be more gentle when applying the product to the delicate skin around your eyes. -Josh
Around the eyes you should just be gentle. The skin around the eyes is thinner and more fragile, which means it is more susceptible to damage. Rubbing can cause unnecessary friction and stretching, potentially leading to fine lines and wrinkles. Additionally, dabbing or patting ensures that the eye cream is applied evenly and gently, helping it to be absorbed without excessive pressure.
I've been using this for a few weeks and my eyes look worse. More wrinkles and puffiness. Does it get better over time because right now it's making me look like I haven't slept in days
@@Blvkkise I stopped using for about a week and then re-introduced it back in. I also did a thinner layer and have been every since. Darkness around my eyes has gotten better and bags have went down some but not completely. I think it was because I went from never using an eye cream to using it twice a day.
Must you do it everyday, how many times per day, when before going to sleep or when you wake up ,must you put water over the cream when you done????? Please respond
You would use the products twice per day, once when you wake up and once before you go to sleep. Follow the instruction card that comes in your box of Tiege, which highlights all of the steps.
Work the eye cream over the delicate skin under and around your eyes for about 10 seconds. When it’s completely rubbed in, you’re all set. Hope this clears things up 👊😉
Wait so when I put the eye cream on, and next I put on the am/pm moisturizer. Do I have to put on the am/pm moisturizer on my eyes to? I heard if I don't my eyes will be burnt from the sun but I dont know if it's true.
Hey Chris. You're more than welcome to put it above the eye near the eyebrow, but be careful, since putting it above the eye might make the product more susceptible to getting in your eye. We'd recommend sticking to below and along the side of the eye.
If you sign-up for a PayPal account, you can connect your bank account to the account and use that to pay. Email info@tiege.com and our customer service team will be able to help you out.
Thanks for the heads up! The instruction card is correct. It's a half pump with our new packaging. We're working through our catalog and should update the video soon.

How often should I use it?
@@exverze-noobz8457every morning and night
Is it possible to get the eye cream without the other products?
Been using the eye cream for about a year and 👍👍. Quick tip if you want it to feel extra refreshing pop it in the fridge for a few hours. Trust me it makes a difference..especially those Monday mornings when you need extra help waking up 😂
Well done! Just noticed that the video narration says dispense it onto "index finger," but Aaron is dispensing it onto his ring ringer.

How important is dabbing it in as opposed to rubbing it in?

Hey can I also apply the eye cream around the upper eyelids

Happen to me too any update so far? Still using the product?

So do you utilize the “eyes” product AM and Pm every day?
Yeah, it should be a part of your AM and PM routine if you use our Level 2 or 3 systems.
Tiege Hanley appreciate it man
Can I use the eye cream on the top half of my eye/ under the eyebrows?
Yes you can just be careful not to get it into your eye.
how long does it last if you put it on once
We believe in a routine. We always recommend continued use for best results 🙏
They should be tiege Hanley shampoo and stuff for your body
Really appreciate the suggestion.
One pump of this seems quite a lot. Is it supposed to be a relatively thick layer under the eyes?
You can reduce to a half pump if you find that 1 pump is too much for your eyes.
So are we suppose to rub it in or just pat and let it dry on its own.....?

Do you wash it off after you put it on, or leave it on all day?
Leave on the eye cream 👍
Do i wash my face after applying the eye cream to apply the pm? Or just apply the pm after the eye cream sets In
Apply the PM after the Eye Cream sets in. You only need to wash at the beginning of your routine :)
Wait so when I put the eye cream on, and next I put on the am/pm moisturizer. Do I have to put on the am/pm moisturizer on my eyes to? I heard if I don't my eyes will be burnt from the sun but I dont know if it's true.
Apply the EYE cream on the area right below your lower eye lids. Then apply AM / PM to the rest of your face.
Does this eye cream also go above the eye like on the ridge just above the eyebrow? Or just stick to below and the crows feet area on the side?

Do I rinse the eye cream out
No, the EYES is a leave on product. Make sure you do not rinse it off.
