I trust you 100% with quality. Your Pete and Pedro shampoo and conditoner(conditioner is very thick though) are the best products I have used by far blowing products costing $40 a bottle out of the water.
I'll give the Tiege Hanley system a shot regardless. I just hate when I spend a lot money on a moisturizer or skin care and I see no discernible effect. The reason I purchase skin care products as a man is to reduce the redness in my face and clear up my complexion, but all the products I've used only make my face redder after use with no noticeable benefit over time. I trust your judgement on making these though, Alpha.
I struggle with redness too brother. I use Aveeno Daily Moisturising Lotion, it calms the redness. Unfortunately it won't mask redness in situations where you go red due to cold or hot environments, but usually in my case it calms down after 10 minutes or so. Hopefully Alpha goes into the route of making an anti-redness cream because all the products out there are shit. Plenty of options for women out there for anti-redness, but none for men (mostly due to the fact that the women options use makeup). Oh and diet won't dick (unless you have bad acne or severe rosacea). You probably just have general facial redness/sensitive skin.
Here's an idea, include in the boxes 2-3 postcards with information on the front and back all about the product for user to give to their friends and family. Word of mouth is great; but having something I can hand to my friend and say here read this and check out this site is even better! Because then I or they don't have to worry about writing down the website address or product name. They don't have to worry about forgetting to check it out. Plus they now can right away see a picture or two of the product line, along with all pertinent information. Just a thought. Even something the size of a business card could work, because then they could just toss it in their pocket. Best of luck on the upcoming launch! I can't wait to be one of the first people to purchase this product. It definitely does show already on you after only a week.

Tried everything under the sun and still had people frequently tell me that I should "try washing my face", "invest in some clearasil" or my personal favorite "you look like a burn victim". I tried tiege hanley and friends and family all tell me my skin has never looked this good.

I am DEFINITELY going to try Tiege Hanley out, but I am hoping it will be at least as good as Paula's Choice! I'd rather give you my money than anyone else. I have combination/oily skin with some acne, so I may be a good tester for the products.
Screw it. Video convinced me. I've been hesitant to try the Tiege Hanley system because, no matter how much I try to take care of my face, I continuously break out. Because of my job, I also have to shave every day and that just makes things even more difficult. It can't hurt to try this, I suppose. I opted for Shea moisture... lol, it's marketed for women, but that's not a big deal to me. the smell is a bit feminine, but it's not so strong or lingering that people will question your masculinity. not trying to advertise on your video, sorry guys! just my thoughts.

AM moisturizers usually last 2 hours. So, I would just use the Am moisturizer whenever you are out in the sun...for the reason it needs to be reapplied every 2 hours.

Unfortunately, I have not been able to use many products that youtubers have previously recommended because I am on a very tight budget. Hearing about this new Tiege Hanley has made me very excited and I cannot wait to try them out. I would advise you to checkout another grooming company called Bulldog. They have great products for a fairly cheap price and I have been using them for around 6 months now. I would also advise you to checkout a company called Graze. They do not do grooming, they do snacks, however, the system they have devised is very clever and can be applied to that of your company. It has a very good way of bringing in new customers and retaining them, yet keeping the whole process simple. Anyway, I wish you the best of luck and I cant wait until the products come out.

I'm 18 years old and I have really sensitive skin and I just used the Level 1 system this morning, and the face wash was gentle it was easy to spread around your face, and then it came to the exfoliating scrub. Is your face supposed to feel like it's on fire and looking red when using the scrub? I mean this was only just my first time using it maybe my skin has to get used to it? Does Tiege just offer topical creams? I like Dr Perricone's approach approach to the skincare market. He offers topical and supplements. I have personally been focusing more on supplements and I have found a good list of supplements that actually work.

The only time you wash your face with water with product is with Daily wash and the 2x a week exfoliation cream. Everything else you put on your face and let dry. (This shit is amazing)
Having a warehouse in Australia for Tiege Hanley would then buy me. Because it's $30 for the level 1 products and an extra $15 dollars for shipping. What many of our customers who use non-Teige Hanley ACNE cream do is use our Tiege Hanley Skin Care System Level 1 in conjunction with an acne treatment, such as benzyl peroxide or salicylic acid. If that’s the route you choose to take, use the WASH, rinse, then use SCRUB (SCRUB only twice a week), rinse, then apply your acne treatment, followed by our AM or PM moisturizer. Pretty simple to incorporate an acne treatment into your Tiege Hanley routine.

Redness of the face is most often due to rosacea. Going on a gluten free diet will help you a lot with that issue.

Sense your skin is not used to it and is sensitive, I think it's normal for it to feel like that after. Just give it some time to adjust to it.

The only time you wash your face with water with product is with Daily wash and the 2x a week exfoliation cream. Everything else you put on your face and let dry. (This shit is amazing)

We recommend our products for those 16 and up. If you are under 25, we do not recommend Skin Care System Level 2 or Level 3.
So I have acne medication can I use my acne medicine with this?
What many of our customers who use non-Teige Hanley ACNE cream do is use our Tiege Hanley Skin Care System Level 1 in conjunction with an acne treatment, such as benzyl peroxide or salicylic acid. If that’s the route you choose to take, use the WASH, rinse, then use SCRUB (SCRUB only twice a week), rinse, then apply your acne treatment, followed by our AM or PM moisturizer. Pretty simple to incorporate an acne treatment into your Tiege Hanley routine.
