I had twins and I can tell you there were literally never dirty diapers left laying around. Dishes in sink? Yes. Mountains of laundry? Yes. Older kid’s toys forming an obstacle course? Absolutely. But at no time, ever, were dirty diapers left outside of the diaper hamper. Yuck.

😂 I was married, didn't get help from my husband other than money for bills. Is she trying to promote marriage, implying LdS men are Mr. Mom?

I found out about this through a non-LDS channel and I’m waiting to see if there’ll be a Mormon Stories episode covering this

Guilty or not, this is the kind of stuff you’re asking for when sharing the details of your life publicly on social media.

I think the fact that her child is flinching whenever the father goes near him is the real problem here. If you watch other videos the son seems to be in real distress whenever he’s around his father. The diapers are the least of the problems in this household.

Having been raised Mormon, I'm honestly not surprised. I know a lot of moms who just handed care for younger siblings over to the oldest children (often barely older themselves) because they didn't want to deal with the responsibility. I myself had a kid because the Mormon church adamantely promoted motherhood and having children for my entire life. Looking back, I wasn't ready, and I wish I would have waited. I would have been a much happier and much better mother. I wish the church would stop telling people to have as many children as possible as soon as possible. THIS is the result of that, and this situaiton doesn't look nearly as bad as situations like the Daybells or Ruby Franke (proof that it can get REALLY bad). People need to be empowered to make their own family planning decisions for their own sake and the sake of the children involved.

This is more aligned with the LDS household my step daughter grew up in. When they moved, apparently there was poop smeared on the walls and pushed into the window screens.

It should be turned over. I did not hear of this.. if an investigation finds nothing, fine.

Depending on what they ate and timing of changing them that could be two days’ worth. I personally don’t understand wanting to have that smell around the house as I got them outside ASAP, but not sure that warrants any kind of it DCPS call. Or the flinching, which could easily be just as the mom says. Yeah this episode made me feel icky about the coverage. But since the authorities have been called they can make that determination.

How about we quit judging moms. Give this woman and the MomTok group a break.

She takes care of elderly patients with dementia as a nurse and then creates TikTok’s to make fun of them. That should tell you all you need to know about “nurse Hannah” as a person.

That’s just weird. I mean I get that sometimes it has been a day. Or maybe the kids had a stomach bug. But if she considers it normal to have that many diapers laying around that’s weird. If we assume 8-12 per 24hrs is pretty average for a newborn and 6-8 would be pretty average for a toddler that means she hasn’t gathered up or taken any diapers out to the trash in like 24hrs? Why? One thing if they’re all in a diaper genie next to the changing table and you take them out once a day. But just scattered around the house? In a full 24 hrs you’ve not been able to find 5 minutes to gather those up and at least bag them and set them by the back door to go out? Either there’s some sort of mental health thing going on here, or she’s prioritizing the wrong things and need to re evaluate priorities and standards to find a more workable balance that avoids the house smelling and becoming a health hazard.
As to the flinching, haven’t seen the video, but even if there isn’t anything nefarious going on, if your kid flinches, what you just did scared them. You should be instantly back peddling and looking to apologize and comfort them. The fact that they don’t see any problem with scaring a toddler, apparently repeatedly from the sound of things is disconcerting.

These people getting on their high horse about 17 dirty diapers are just pathetic. So she had a habit of not throwing out diapers when done, I guarantee your worst trait is much worse than that. What is wrong with you judging someone for such a simple thing like that? A dirty diaper left on a shelf is not hurting anyone.

the seat in the front of the Grocery cart was originally designed to protect delicate items such as bread eggs fruit etc. not to have a child in it. when you have a toddler and a newborn your supposed to change their diapers every 2-3 hrs after each feeding and generally a two year old is Potty trained so they'd be in pull ups pants rather than diapers

Curious why there is a space for a child’s legs in that part of the cart, and a little diagram showing you how to put your kid in there. And with current super-absorbent diapers, a lot of pediatricians are telling parents age 3 to potty train. So that’s not unusual.

Does she put all of her garbage around the house, or only leave diapers out? Does she leave dinner prep garbage on the counter? Doesn't make sense, must hate parenthood.
