My guess as what is coming next is parter Digimon dressed in Halloween costumes. Such as Gatomon as a wizard, Patamon as a devil, Augmon as a Skeleton, Palmon as a Pumpkin ghost.
I love the idea of a skullXVmon being a foil to AeroVeedramon since theyre both ultimates with bone covering them, maybe even becoming a dark Ulforce Veedramon
The broken holy ring on the end of Lamiamon's tail is such a nice detail. Ascalomon's staff piercing it seems really fitting for a dark digivolution (and the 'maybe it happened because Angemon tried to stop himself'?? Hello?? That is metal af (and sad ( and I love it) I think my fave out of all of them has to be Gravemon tho, which I imagine to be a real towering beast, but they are all just so creative and well thought out!
As a huge Kuwagamon species stan, I love BerserkStingmon! Makes a great bridge between stingmon and granku or grandis. Gravemon is also a big fav. I could definitely see him being the central figure in a Ghost Game episode about a moving graveyard or something similar.
Whew. Those Dark Digivolutions of Veemon are SICK! I really like what the artists gave for these Digimon, especially him! Also, Day ??? Of waiting for Top 10 Digivices REDUX.
I like the name Beserkstingmon but I also think a simple yet fitting name for it could be Stabmon. I just really like the idea of upgrading from a simple sting to getting full on stabbed!
I sometimes forget that Davis is one of the few main protags in Digimon to get no dark evo-like evolution at any point in the show. Guess he's too much of a good boi for that dark edge bs? XD
Yeah, the writer(s) would have had to have done something HORRIBLE to him, like him thinking Kari gets killed, or the simplest way, an evil Digimon corrupting him.
love the dark digivolution. I could see Lamiamon wrapping herself around Ascalonmon and using the spear in his chest as a lance in one hand and sword in the other like some horrid dark cavalry. I cant wait till KARN SPOOKTOBER SPECTACULAR 5 for Tamers dark biomerges
Personally I like the name Xtintmon it really sounds like an ancient digimon bent on destroying everything in it’s way without discrimination. Though all these Dark Forms are really cool

Gravemon looks amazing and could serve as some kind of prevo for Eldradimon with the implied scale. Then we have Lamiamon who looks like her own thing and could have an entirely unrelated branch while still having clear traits from Gatomon and Dark Knightmon. I also love the Gran Kuwagamon wings for Berserk Stingmon.
As usual amazing designs. I can't help but want custom art for the Seven Demon Lord lines after the mention of Lilithmon. Weirdly I can see the Stingmon dark evolution as an alternate pre-evolution to BanchoStingmon.
The two main things I think would be kinda based are: 1. Versions of the Zeta Spirits for each Spirit pair (Emperor- for Ice, Wind, Earth and Wood and Magna- for Darkness, Thunder, Water and Steel) 2. Corrupted versions of EmperorGreymon, MagnaGarurumon and Susanoomon (maybe call this Yamatamon)
All of the art is amazing, but I have to say that any dark or evil evolutions involving Wormmon is just so much more tragic, especially whenever you throw in potential story reasons 😭
Oh my word, im so in for the Imperialdramon contest. Its been my favorite digimon since forever and that figure is stunning. Had my eyes on it for a while now but sooo expensive. Fingers crossed. Also, great video as always, Karn. ♡

I need BerserkStingmon yesterday, come on Bandai! Honstly love the design making it a smoother transition to Grankuwagamon as Dinobeemon is very cool but just stands out in the line. Also the collar crawling up the face and the name just screams Berserk. AllTrade did a fantastic job!

Not giving the 02 Partner Digimon dark evolutions was a heavily missed chance. BerserkStingmon is my favorite. I can't say no to Kamen Rider inspirations.
SkullExVeemon & Gravemon are my favorites. Gravemon reminds me a bit of ElDradimon and I thought of one possible name for SkullExVeemon which is MacabreVeemon.
I didn't comment this release-day, but I really like this direction the channel has been going of incorporating fan-Digivolutions into existing lines and transitions. Like, I was honestly surprised you didn't mention this one, but I could really see Ascalomon Digivolving into GranDracmon, and I honestly wouldn't have thought connecting Angemon to GranDracmon to be possible (organically, at least). Very, very impressive work by the artists as always.
BerserkStingmon really reminded me of Another Kuuga from Kamen Rider Zi-O as well. Now I"m curious to see what Dark DNA Digivolutions would look like for these. Maybe for Spooktober V?
An absolutely great bunch! I've been wanting a snake-themed humanoid Perfect-level for a while now as a more clean pre-evo for Minervamon, and while Lamiamon might be a bit too dark for that, it'd still fit pretty well, especially since Lamias are from Greek myth, aside from feeling really good as a dark evo for Gatomon. You could even say the serpentine elements are taken from Holydramon, since it has quite the serpent-like body despite its lion-like elements. Ascalomon looks sick, especially with the lance through its torso. I'm a bit split on the name, but everything else about it is pretty chefs kiss. Can't say much more about Piasamon than that it's just perfect. Feels like it could find a place as a mainstay in lines like Akatorimons. Same for Gravemon, all I could say is that maybe its lore is a bit to extreme for a Perfect-level, can't say much else other than that it does Ankylomon way more justice than Bandai ever did. BerserkStingmon looks really awesome as well, ironically gives me some Lokix-vibes, but considering they're inspired by pretty much the same thing... that checks out. The name feels a bit cheesy, but again, considering the inspiration, very fitting I feel. Lastly Skull... Veedramon? It gives me vibes of both ExVeemon and Veedramon, so I'm just gonna say SkullVeedramon. It has the same vibe as SkullGreymon, but takes a slightly different spin than SkullGreymon took from Greymon. I really like it. Although in general, I don't think it was bad that Veemon didn't receive a canonical Dark Evolution in 02. While it did obviously reference the original Adventure a lot, I appreciate that they didn't just make it a carbon copy but stayed very original with most things. And honestly, I don't see Davis as the kind of guy to dark digivolve his partner, like, yeah he's impulsive and empty headed at times, but it's in part exactly because of that why I don't see him going down the same path as Takato or Marcus when they dark digivolved their partner, nor do I feel like he'd force Veemon to evolve the same way Tai did with Greymon, especially since he knows about SkullGreymon, I don't know if we saw them tell him how that happened, but they should've told him and the others. If anyone in 02 should've dark digivolved, aside from Wormmon with the Digimon Emperor, it should've been TK imo.
BerserkStingmon could also work as a hypothetical where Digimon Emperor Ken actually listened to Wormmon and experimented on him instead of Agumon/Greymon
I actually really like Lamiamon, but actually hear me out. Rather than Lilithmon, I think she would be a perfect ultimate for Leviamon. Just like how Lilithmon is said to be a fully fallen Ophanimon, I personally believe that Leviamon is actually a fully fallen Holydramon. The way I see it, they both represent half of the aspects of the Chalkydri, with Holydramon having the multi-wings and lion aspects, while Leviamon (specifically, the X variant) has the rainbow croc aspects. Also it's a reptile woman turning into a full reptile and Leviamon's Envy could work with Lamiamon.
Could Ascalamon's impaled status be that Angemon 'fell on his sword' but the sin of suicide, despite and almost because it was well intentioned, sealed his fate into dark digivolving
I can actually picture all these dark digimon as an evil adventuring party with lamiamon and ascalomon having a aruchenimon and mummymon dynamic and all the others have other roles in the team(piasamon=air combat,gravemon=mobile base,berserk stingmon=main powerhouse)with their goal being to resurrect skullXVmon to destroy the digital world.Maybe all them could jogress together into skullXVmon's body to form some kind of evil mega level megazord or imperialdramon equivalent.
Your ideas for corrupted forms of Digimon protagonists are awesome I even wish some of them are real like Piasamon because I love birds especially birds of prey.

I really hoped for a Dark Digivolution Video for the 02 kids celebrating the release of the new Digimon movie and I am so happy you and all the talented artists did just that! I especially love the Design for Ankylomon as its original design is lost the most in all the DNA digivolutions of that season. I can at least find some parts from Aquilamon in Silphymon and Paildramon is a perfect combination of XV-mon and Stingmon. I get the symbolism behind Shakkoumon but besides me disliking the design in general I still don't clearly see the connection to Ankylomon. Gravemon is defenitely my favorite out of all the designs and I wish you a happy Spooktober! 😁
As a huge Kamen rider fan, I have a biased love towards Berserk Stingmon 😅. Also, speaking of Kuuga but I'm not sure if it was intentional but the overall design of Berserk Stingmon also reminds me of Another Kuuga from Zi-o and the mask reminds me of the main villain of Kuuga, N-Daguva-Zeba. Very cool 😊👍🏻
How about HexVeemon? Backstory wise its a Veemon that took the brunt of a Dark Area miasma attack or was forced to drink from the Dark Ocean. This causes a 'hex' that is slowly infecting its data that eventually consumes and transforms the Veemon
YES more dark evos this is great! I wanted to see more of these! I'm not sure if i've commented this before, but I kinda wonder if there could be an inverse version of this, where you take a normal digimon and give it a light evo, like make a greymon evolve into something lighter instead of metalgreymon, like holygreymon or sparkgreymon.
It would be cool for a Spooktober Spectacular you made dark evos for Wormmon and Horaithmon (I don’t know how to spell this one). I don’t know if it would work as a video but maybe for the intro? May be too much money idk
Oof I could definitely see Gravemon causing the most trauma for their partner given Cody's dad is dead, or alternatively, instead of causing trauma it could be caused BY the negative emotions of said dead father.
So an idea I had in the past was if the Digimon Emperorerer took up wormon on his offer, to be digivolved in the place of agumon. That could result in a dark champion level, that was kind of a giant worm, like tremors. I then ended up coming up with concept for ultimate and mega being a worm hole and then a black hole. Also I feel skullgreymon needs more love, like going to machinedramon feels like it is just going back down a mechanical route of metal greymon. Skull greymon need some bone evos. Also skull greymon needs more support in the card game, since a lot of them don't really fit in a greymon deck that well.
I Actually Really like Death-XVeemon, or Maybe DeXVeemon Since we have Death-X Dorugoramon and the Like, The name Death-XVeemon ar DeXVeemon is Actually fitting.

We need more Skull-Digimon anyway, it's such a cool concept of seeing a Digimon turn so malicious and evil it basically devours it's own flesh.
How about HexVeemon? Backstory wise its a Veemon that took the brunt of a Dark Area miasma attack or was forced to drink from the Dark Ocean. This causes a 'hex' that is slowly infecting its data that eventually consumes and transforms the Veemon
YES more dark evos this is great! I wanted to see more of these! I'm not sure if i've commented this before, but I kinda wonder if there could be an inverse version of this, where you take a normal digimon and give it a light evo, like make a greymon evolve into something lighter instead of metalgreymon, like holygreymon or sparkgreymon.

It was a nice touch to have Ascalomon be a servant of Lamiamon. TK and Kari being paired together feels right.

Missed opportunity to make Cross-boneVeemon
So an idea I had in the past was if the Digimon Emperorerer took up wormon on his offer, to be digivolved in the place of agumon. That could result in a dark champion level, that was kind of a giant worm, like tremors. I then ended up coming up with concept for ultimate and mega being a worm hole and then a black hole. Also I feel skullgreymon needs more love, like going to machinedramon feels like it is just going back down a mechanical route of metal greymon. Skull greymon need some bone evos. Also skull greymon needs more support in the card game, since a lot of them don't really fit in a greymon deck that well.
