You shouldn't be able to own residential property in Hawaii unless you live there most of the year, its unfair to locals that the rich elite who used to be on turks and caicos now have decied they will own all of Hawaii
while that is true at least this guy does give back to the community. and until our stupid state government does something about this on a legal level then i can’t blame someone who has the money for wanting to buy a property. as long as they are respectful. the people of hawaii been trying to have a law like this passed for years but our government is corrupt and just go where the money tells them to smh
