Joseph Goldstein - Mindfulness Meditation (Ambientologist Music Mix)

A pure, non-cheesy guided meditation from Joseph Goldstein. An interesting term that Goldstein uses is this 'felt sense', which allows us to pay attention to the variety of sensations during meditation, without labeling each one specifically and becoming distracted by them.
