Solid Goldstein. This subtle type of body awareness, just to the extent of clear knowing and continuous mindfulness, is precisely the balance cycling provides between riding empty and remaining open to everything.
Not your average Guru. Joseph's affinity for the exact words of the Buddha and their subtle meanings set him apart from other teachers. This is what a real Master Teacher looks like.
I just felt myself inside of my body and felt so light and amazing. The best session I’ve ever had. I’m getting caught up on the tingles and the selfishness of it
Useless teaching. "there is a body" that is too general. Aviously there is a body. But become mindfull about the diferent bodyparts. Then he jumps to breathing. No sistematic order. And look at his eyes, they are restless, moving around. There is no calmness in him. Just an empty talker.
Do you think maybe you are assuming too much from this one little video? There are a million different reasons why this turned out the way it did, when it did, and anyway, this is just a little recording of part of a session, no? Near innumerable different variables to why he went about things the way he did, why his eyes may have moved as they did, what was happening to him and his life, in general, etc, and so on... I’m just saying, maybe you might want to be a little less presumptuous, a little less cynical, and a little more curious about why anything here is what it appears to be to you, instead of assuming and projecting?
Good heavens. You are so freaking salty. You're so negative, once can feel it by just reading your salty comment. Jeez. Anyone would hate to have such negativity, salty. Oh ma goodness.
This video is a broken off piece of a larger video. Check out his larger body of work….. this guy - Joseph Goldstein is the real deal - an absolute treasure
Thank God for people like Joseph.
They are such a source of inspiration
Short and sublime. Thankyou Joseph Goldstein for this meditation :)

Incredible. But, my God the near constant coughing and throat clearing!
