A year ago, I posted a comic dub of a Doujin called Lifeline that centered around IzuOcha. And it was the video that basically launched my career. But now, I bring it back now BETTER than ever. Thank you guys for being with me on this crazy ride. Ya'll really are the greatest. I hope you enjoy this remaster as much as I did making it!

You could read it this way:
Todoroki knows first hand what a relationship here one of them is too focused on his work can do to people. And, even being certain that Midoriya wouldn't ever go that far, he wouldn't like to risk his friend, specially the one who helped him take a healthier atitude towards it, go even close the same path.
So, it's clear that, out of all his friends, he would be the one who would be the most eager to call out on Deku's behavior right after noticing it.
