In later versions of Procreate, StreamLine is found under the Stabilization setting

Hmmm I wonder what I did wrong if the white centre tube effect is almost as thick as the brush. I just expected more colour and a thin tube. But I like it and using the darker colours really works. Thank you.

This was almost what I needed but it creates a dark shadow effect around the edges that I don't know how to fix.

Use new layers where the lines overlap to keep it from getting to bright or distorting the shape but this is optional
