I am having dell g15 bought nearly 2 months ago And my gaming sessions are quite long on this laptop but with cooling pad temp never reaches above 80 but for past 2-3 days gpu temp is normal and is always below 80 but cpu temp is rising above 85 sometime touches 93
And I plug my cooling pad with power bank . while gamimg only I use cooling pad otherwise i don't
Will cleaning will improve it or not ?

It’s definitely a dust issue. I’m a dell g15 user as well but an older version, mine has touched 101-102 as well. I know it sounds crazy but don’t be surprised if it happens with your pc. Please clean your vents from the outside and if possible clean the insides as well.
