Uyghur food is so underrated in our opinion as they are so delicious. This is our first time trying Uyghur, Chinese Muslim food from a restaurant in Auburn Sydney called Tarim Uyghur. We tried the Korma Lagman and Lamb Skewers with some Uyghur specialty spices. Their house made chilli is to die for too! Uyghur food is 100% Halal of course so good options for Chinese Halal cuisine.

Guys try uyghyr restaurant in Ashfield its the best in Sydney. This auburn and city ones are not so good compared to Ashfield counterpart

Noodles looks ugly. This is not how real uyghur laghman looks like. Noodles should be thin and smooth
