What a wonderful shop that is jam packed with motivation for. Any woodworker or enthusiast Thanks for the tour and commentary and the demo of the Donkey too
I really enjoyed that, thanks for such a thorough look into the shop of a master. You can see the pride in Phil's eyes when his students talk. Very cool
Great video! I've taken a couple of classes with Phil. Phil is a great guy and a great instructor. I really enjoyed my trips to Beverly. In Phil's classes, you learn so much more than the project itself. Plus, it's great to be fully engrossed in your passion for a week or even a weekend. I did the ball&claw and a 2 week lowboy class (just like the example in teh video - nice top!). I highly recommend that anyone considering taking a class to go for it, you will be glad. Freddy was still working with Phil when I was there last and he's a good fella and a good instructor too. Look forward to seeing/hearing more from Freddy as he progresses his career. Sorry to babble. Just wishing I was there instead of here in the office in Memphis today! Tony
Fantastic video, I really like how organized the school is. I appreciate how the students draw up blue prints as well. It looks like there is a great wealth of information and skills taught there. Thank you for sharing.
