give em hell man you and shart should team up! Put it in there heads double jointed elbowes, im really ok with it j just put mine on a shelf, but i can see how ACBAers want them. mebey thet are working on it a big step was proxama midnight, but watch there probly gann give DJE to the movie legends and not the comics.
Sigh for the head being too big. I was really excited for this fig to get a Laura head that fits on the X Force body. While it DOES do that, why did they have to make it too big. It's like the people don't pay attention to anything.
I look forward to this set.... but man, I've had 3 marvel legends sets come in in the past month with the Hulking Venom BAF set just coming in. It's getting pretty damn expensive to be a Marvel Legends collector.... I'm looking forward to Sauron BAF set but damn, my poor wallet.
I think they should have made the foot claw talons articulated so you can flip them up (silver claw on one side, painted yellow on the other side so that when you flip it, it just looks like her boot stripe. Otherwise, this looks like a decent figure!
Definitely picking this up. This is the costume I wanted her in originally. Hopefully we get a gabby figure but I doubt it. Sucks that she's X-23 again but her run as Wolverine was great.
Good review Boog! I don't so much mind the joints they use for their female figures, I just wish they would give them better range. Never understand why its so hard for them to just carve a little more out of the lower torso or elbow to make the joint useful. But if they want to give them double elbows and an ab-crunch, I wouldn't complain, Lol
Great review I appreciate your comic book history with the figure and the type of critique you give I appreciate the collectors and posing perspective. Keep up the good work can't wait to follow you at sdcc
Why doesn't Hasbro at least make the hair with a peg so it can be a swivel, so you can either move the hair to be posed downward, or to the side to be flowing in the wind. It would greatly give the figure more character. Also it would be better for Hasbro because they would just have to sculpt the front of the hair. The back of hair they would have different molds of different hair styles like, straight, wavey, curly, short, long, and so on. Rather than sculpting a whole head. For us collectors it would give us a bit more of options or kit bashing. Like if I want my Jean figure to just be standing I would have a hair part with the hair straight down and if I want her in a action pose I can attach a hair part that is to the side flowing in the wind.
yeah this wave especially. i think they skimmed on the paint cos of alot of new sculpts on bishop, OR and the BAF. they're abit in a rush to release this wave. crazy
There has to be some truth to this, I mean look at Omega Red, he has almost no paint. Just flat red and white plastic... Many reviewers are raving about the new figures and sculpts, which are great but some of them have very messy paint or just barely any paint at all.
This never made sense to me. If you were a cloned experiment and you escaped to live your own life would you adopt the identity of the person you were cloned from? Wouldn't that be like...the opposite thing you would do?
Well no, Laura is the daughter of Logan. She loves Sarah(her mom) and Logan (her dad) like actual parents. She doesn't hate Logan because she's "cloned" from him. She felt like she had to carry the legacy of her father.
Bryan Carter it's a backstep in her character. In terms of what she's doing. It's like sick Grayson taking of the Batman mantle twice. Except that work there needed to be a Batman in order for Gotham to survive. Laura did it for respect I understand but she unneededly stepped in to the shadow of her genetic template Because he died? Did solid snake become Big boss when he flame broiled him. No, she could have done something entirely different. But she fulfilled her purposes of being a clone of wolverine. To be the next weapon x. It's like saying between the lines the bad guys who her had created won. I don't think Tom Taylor considered this
Lol you coulda just asked me from the jump. They are custom made. There is an entire community of diorama builders on Facebook in a group called Diostructure. This particular set was made by a guy named Ron, lawless studios.
@@BoogNice Thanks! Im currently making like a mine/cave underground base as my first Dio out of the pink foam. I figured I do that since making and painting rock walls is pretty easy. Eventually Id like to do some outdoor type scenes but I might just wait for summer and do those outside.
We got five figures out that poster you shared we got an Old Man Logan you got a Medusa we got a Iron Man we got a daredevil and we got the female Wolverine I would love to see a citizen V and I would love to see you Guardians of the Galaxy thing and a new Hyperion
I don't know if I'm a fan of Hasbro compromising overall looks for articulation anymore. But what can i do. These figures are too irresistible to stop collecting
I think the biggest problem with the design is her hair coming out. It looks good on Batgirl but for Wolverine she'd look perfect without the hair out of the cowl
This is a pretty cool figure. However she’s X-23, not Wolverine. Finally she’s reverting back to her old self but marvel doesn’t understand how to make new characters anymore
KillerTacos - TheEvolutionryGamer well they tried making new characters and they're nowhere to be found now. I wish she was still wolverine. Her book was great.
Lol, "some girls got big ass head, some guys got big ass heads!" Also, good luck with the Hasbro team. Give 'em hell over tne female bucks! Hopefully they'll let you take video so we can see them squirm.
TK Epic lol. It’s my job to be objective and I am in no way ungrateful. I’ve been collecting Marvel Legends since the very beginning, I’ve seen the progression first hand and I always give them credit where credit is due. It’s my favorite toy line despite any “pickyness” you think I’m exhibiting in my reviews.
I doubt it was to pay homage to wolverine. I think it was done to replace him. If you look at the new She-Hulk. Oh sorry I mean "Hulk" then you see they are trying to replace the Male heroes. Especially with the new Children of the atom comic. You can see they don't respect the characters anymore.
I love the unmasked head but it's way too big in comparison to the neck but actually looks good on xforce suit.
Yes sir were officially back at it
give em hell man you and shart should team up! Hell yeah man!!!! We need more articulation in our female figs!
a trick: you can watch series at Flixzone. Been using them for watching all kinds of movies lately.
@Baylor Tucker Yea, I have been watching on Flixzone for months myself :D
@Baylor Tucker yea, been watching on Flixzone for since november myself :)

The only reason I'll buy this figure is because of the unmasked head. Im going to put it in xforce x23. And ill sell this one.
I think they should have made the foot claw talons articulated so you can flip them up (silver claw on one side, painted yellow on the other side so that when you flip it, it just looks like her boot stripe. Otherwise, this looks like a decent figure!
Dope review as always
Good you put that unmasked head on x23 body. I ordered x23 wolverine knowing that head would only look good on xforce x23
Definitely picking this up. This is the costume I wanted her in originally. Hopefully we get a gabby figure but I doubt it. Sucks that she's X-23 again but her run as Wolverine was great.

Yeah that unmasked head is huge on that body
The alternate head looks like she is straight out of a Sherk Movie!!!!!!!! Put a 5 o'clock shadow on her and she looks like Farquaad!!! lol
Damn QC issues with paint Hasbro 😡😡
yeah this wave especially. i think they skimmed on the paint cos of alot of new sculpts on bishop, OR and the BAF. they're abit in a rush to release this wave. crazy

Ha !!! X-23 gonna give it to ya ... 👍
Great review once again. ✌️
Get them boys at SDCC .
Boog thanks for not saying she's Wolverine's daughter. It's his sister
The unmasked looks great on the xforce body. Not digging on the new one tho lol.
Definitely needs a ab crunch and double jointed elbows, you would think its gonna break Hasbro to make these changes.
This never made sense to me. If you were a cloned experiment and you escaped to live your own life would you adopt the identity of the person you were cloned from? Wouldn't that be like...the opposite thing you would do?
NeedfulThings blame the sjw marvel writers for not understanding the lore of the character and where they come from
Well no, Laura is the daughter of Logan. She loves Sarah(her mom) and Logan (her dad) like actual parents. She doesn't hate Logan because she's "cloned" from him. She felt like she had to carry the legacy of her father.
Alex Cardona Pretty sure Tom Taylor knows what to do with Laura.
Bryan Carter nah I don't think so.

I'm on the toy hunt for that piece.
Can You please tell me where you get those trees in the pics? Or did you make them? Ive looked all around for 1/12ish sized trees to no avail

Do you plan on reviewing the new tiger stripe wolverine?
hole in the boot seems lazy, thumb-art is perfect, another great review

Great review
X-cellent review as always, Boog.
Yea your right a little big but not to big a deal.
Cool Video
Dope
Nice review.
I glued foot claws bought a another one unclaw feet
I think the biggest problem with the design is her hair coming out. It looks good on Batgirl but for Wolverine she'd look perfect without the hair out of the cowl
Live for these reviews!!
The head that is
This is a pretty cool figure. However she’s X-23, not Wolverine. Finally she’s reverting back to her old self but marvel doesn’t understand how to make new characters anymore
With this costume, she’s Wolverine.
KillerTacos - TheEvolutionryGamer well they tried making new characters and they're nowhere to be found now. I wish she was still wolverine. Her book was great.
short ppl always got big heads
Lol, "some girls got big ass head, some guys got big ass heads!"
Also, good luck with the Hasbro team. Give 'em hell over tne female bucks! Hopefully they'll let you take video so we can see them squirm.
Boog, you're kinda ungrateful and picky, at least we get the toe claws and a new head sculpt and the paint doesn't even look bad 😠
TK Epic lol. It’s my job to be objective and I am in no way ungrateful. Boog_ACBA Ok well im just saying that at least we get new stuff with this cool figure
TK Epic Dude it's a review, to each it's own. But I'm with anyone when it comes quality control issues on the figures we pay money for
TK Epic Man, if you think this is bad, stay away from Anthony's Customs. Lol
Jacob Woodrow Yes Anthony customs is the worst
Nah that head is comically oversized
You must not like women cuz she's a Bad Ass!!!
Yep, that's it. I don't like women. You got me.
@@BoogNice Knew it!!!😝😝
