My friend is a member of a gentleman's club in London and goes to floris, as his club is very close by, he picked Wilde up for me as it came out on the same day as my birthday. My friend also does local tours that cover James bond etc and they always stop with the groups at Floris. I find that Wilde lasts a very long time on me too. It's a very unique scent IMO but also very comforting. Dan.
i absolutely love Wilde. being in the US, it was a blind buy for me, which thankfully worked out 😂 I've been wearing it for over a week now and really started to enjoy it more and more over the first few days. the notes that come through the most for me are the ginger, green carnation, olibanum and white jasmine. that hint of spiciness, creamy sandlewood with that floral melony freshness, give the dry down a masculine edge. the bergamot, citrus blossom, and sea notes add an airy quality to the fragrance that i really enjoy. too me, this is an elegant, spicy, fresh, citrusy floral. emphasis on the spice. because of that, i would wear this on cooler days, or a date night. very warm, cozy, comforting, curled up with a good book scent.
