    What I like about this as well as it being clear is the solo played slow with tabs once, then played at normal speed AND you've used a fairly clean guitar tone so we can hear what you're playing. This IS the winning formula for solo lessons.

    Very descriptive and accurate! Even the tone and harmonics are mimicked in a way other videos didn't thank you!!

      I was telling my brother that this is probably the best guitar lead of 2nd generation Rock and roll.
      It boosts the song up to the higher level. And the percussive turn around is so powerful it's enough to make anyone go air guitar 🎸 around a bonfire 🔥

    How do you make that screeching sound when bending the string like at 0:09

    • @ericnikc323
      @ericnikc323 7 лет назад +6

      Sp0ck it's called a pinch harmonic, it's a little tricky, but as your hitting the string with the pick you touch it with your thumb, look up a few videos it'll explain better

    • @mannydelavega1157
      @mannydelavega1157 7 лет назад

      Eric Medina I've tried it before. got a few lucky high pitches but its very tricky but not hard.

    • @De1taTarkov
      @De1taTarkov 6 лет назад +1

      Richie Sambora1903 Yeah it took me like a day to get pinch harmonics down its frustrating at first but after you understand the right motion it's just second nature

    • @dokterjokkebrok
      @dokterjokkebrok 5 лет назад

      You’ve gotta position your pick halfway your fret hand and the bridge.

    • @cameronisom2721
      @cameronisom2721 5 лет назад

      It becomes second nature once you get the hang of it like the other guy said. It's hard at first though.

      LionsAllday DETROIT i play it by playing open a twice, then 5 7 power chord to 3 5 slide, and slide back to 5 7

      Viewing Account
      well by putting the fingering (tab) others can play along. and it's in relatively simple terms so an armature could possibly play along fairly easily if they want.

    • @viewingaccount9459
      @viewingaccount9459 7 лет назад

      He gently puts in some harmonics in the beginning but forgets the end essential others. This isn't a good idea if you're trying to teach a song or part of one.

    • @shawdraws3313
      @shawdraws3313 7 лет назад

      Viewing Account
      if someone was learning a song the reasonable thing to do would be to look up the chords and tab on either a guitar site, or simply just a book. then only rely on videos to help you get down the strum pattern and basics of what it should sound like.
