What I like about this as well as it being clear is the solo played slow with tabs once, then played at normal speed AND you've used a fairly clean guitar tone so we can hear what you're playing. This IS the winning formula for solo lessons.

Sp0ck it's called a pinch harmonic, it's a little tricky, but as your hitting the string with the pick you touch it with your thumb, look up a few videos it'll explain better

Viewing Account well by putting the fingering (tab) others can play along. and it's in relatively simple terms so an armature could possibly play along fairly easily if they want.
He gently puts in some harmonics in the beginning but forgets the end essential others. This isn't a good idea if you're trying to teach a song or part of one.
Viewing Account if someone was learning a song the reasonable thing to do would be to look up the chords and tab on either a guitar site, or simply just a book. then only rely on videos to help you get down the strum pattern and basics of what it should sound like.

You’ve gotta position your pick halfway your fret hand and the bridge.
It becomes second nature once you get the hang of it like the other guy said. It's hard at first though.
