All the houses were gorgeous, especially house 1. Glad they got their dream home. Love this presenter,such a friendly person

That first home is a dream
When she turned her head to tear up, I felt it too. I can't imagine what she'll do if the next to are equally stunning, but the price made we want to say, "Grab it. Don't wait."

Lovely houses, lovely couple, lovely Margarita and lovely ending. That's a lot of 'lovely's' I admit, but I'm not the only one repeating myself; I think Karen must have said 'yeh' about 400 times! Still, I'm delighted with the happy ending. As soon as I saw the Champagne bucket, I knew what was coming.
What a lovely couple! I loved how she was looking every house over, from floor to ceiling. You can just tell that they have thoroughly enjoyed the life together that they have had. To get in before Covid hit - Best to them!

What a lovely couple! I'm so happy they found their dream home. It was beautiful, and I think the right choice. The Mystery house was in such a pretty setting, but I think those stairs would have gotten pretty tiring.
It's so satisfying when there is a great outcome like this. So many of these episodes end with no offers, no finality. I wish them many happy years in their dream home!

So nice to have a nice couple, appreciating the houses they are being shown. I teared up when the woman turned round so we couldn’t see her crying. I get so annoyed when the couples are demanding, negative, uppity types. This couple look like ppl I would love to have as friends and neighbors.

I relate to the woman, she was so happy, that was looked like fairy tale. I'd would have also been in tears and I'm so happy they got it. Hope they spend wonderful years living in it.

This host is so warm and charming
I loved things about the 3 homes but i loved house 1 as a whole just like they did. It had a great layout especially with the downstairs bathroom, then the beautiful gardens and 3 outbuildings. They also had enough money left over for updates.
Just like the couple I fell in love with the first House. For me, to many stairs in the mystery house, but an absolutely stunning 'Downstairs' Kitchen! poor Lady repeating : "Yeah....Yeah.... ..... Yeah...., Yeah...Yeah" at a loss of Words? Still, one of the happiest Endings!
Paul Hollywood got a new home! Well, in the closing scene sitting at the picnic table, it could have been him.

Buying a house with four floors for a couple of this age, I fear is a mistake. They aren’t old yet, but if they plan on this being their forever home, they need to consider going up & down all those stairs in twenty years. 🤔🤔🤔

I felt sorry for the presenter. It was obvious that after house one, they were just playing along. They couldn't care less. They've already put in their offer for house one and that's all they can think of.

House number one is awesome!! One thing I’ve noticed a lot of times the properties bring on the emotions and tears and then are rejected?
Because their rational minds take over and they inspect the house and find problems or realize it won't be suitable for a commute or to grow old in, or the location is wrong, or it's too remote or too overlooked or a development is planned nearby or they can't get planning permission for changes, or their life changes, or they can't insure it or the bank won't give them a loan on it or any number of other practical considerations.
House 1 was really lovely, I thought 2 was nice as well. 3 I wasn't a fan of the layout (just personal preference) but it was also lovely.

The second house had weird slab walls broken by one off-center widow. Looked unpleasant from the outside. Needed some windows to break up the big slab of pink wall.
All three homes would have done for me, but I would also have chosen house 1.
