well you have to know technical drawings first so you can understand the measurements of the model when you are cutting the cardboard. you can start making simple models and you gonna make it. it's not easy but it takes time

Listen, when I make concept houses on AutoCAD and Revit I don’t use and measurements I just let my brain develop and create art.

@@lamonbarber901 well, from where I'm from there are actually no specific school specialising in model making. But there are occasionally workshops done especially made for architecture students. Because usually architecture programs will require the students to make models for their projects. And most of the times, the students learn it themselves . But some lecturers, n also me, will provide them with a brief lecture and little tips on the tricks of doing model so they don't have to struggle so much learning it by themself.
I am an architectural student and I have model as my final practicals exams so help me out by listening all the tools and materials used for your model
