Thanks for reviewing the car. Interestingly, the new 2024 Swift due to be available in the spring does have a multicolour dashboard - light grey and black, so perhaps someone at Suzuki has realised people like a bit of variety on the dash.
Thank you once again for offering this for review, sir! They are just as good as they always were, albeit with a bit more of a sombre interior and a bit more equipment.
@@matthewilott8930 Currently nice and warm in the UK.....the car is brilliant at these temps. Middle of winter I am expecting....a fat pig again. Good thing, we are moving to a bigger house with a garage I can put the car in.....so the hybrid system might work a bit more.
Little Chunky car that has space, comfort and equipment with ease of driving, economy and the ability to park anywhere. With a 7 year Warranty on top there is minimal reason not to own a Suzuki Ignis SZT. Nice colour too
I did consider a used early Ignis before I bought my Hyundai i10 but they were quite expensive and fairly rare.
Despite only being introduced in 2017, and still on sale new, they are very nearly in Sensible Secondhand Reviews territory (although not quite).
An excellent review Sir, this does look a fun little Suzuki to own.
Matthew seems quite happy with it, sir, and I completely understand why.

Just got one averaging well over 60 mpg . Reliability key and it scores well in every survey .🙏
Yes, they seem to top reliability and fuel consumption surveys all the time!
I bought a spare wheel that fits in the space of the puncture repair kit
That's the sensible thing to do!
Isn't the CVT version 2wd? Bit confused by your discussion of it off roading. I think if you want AWD it's the 5speed manual?
Suzuki have now discontinued this car, so it may be irrelevant now...
You are correct. AllGrip with the CVT was only available in Japan.
Word of caution: the hybrid system doesn't work if it is cool outside....anything below 7C kills it for me.
That's how it gets such crazy MPG figures, as they are normally tested in 25C temperatures for the WLTP tests.
Yes, going up a hill on a cold night can make the car feel like you've left the hand brake on...

Unfortunately, sir, Suzuki only offer a three year warranty, there is no seven year cover as there is on a Kia, for example.
Good Morning Sir! Rules are made to be broken
We aim to please, sir!
Diluted the formula a bit , still a characterful little car .
Never mind, sir, we don't do too many of these Contingency Reviews anyway.
@@lloydvehicleconsulting maybe sir , the formula that has been diluted has been misinterpreted !
