I know it's not a login screen, but I really enjoy the "Preparing to start Windows for the first time" screen that Windows 95 showed right after you finish installing it.
I'm glad that someone understands and yeah, it may take a countless hours to have the setup ready or maybe one day depending on the network connection speed

@@someguywithmtndew5691 thats not true as the programs actually detect OS via NT version rather than name, the real reasons is because of marketing-related, simply Windows 10 sounds probably cooler and more latest to some people. Not only that, most modern programs released, even around 2014-2015 doesnt have a way to detect Windows 95/98 anyway as these OS are already obsolete, plus doesnt even rely on detecting by name instead of NT version or OS version, sometime based on DOS version such as 7.x (Win95/98) to 8.0 from Win ME, they only detect anything from WinXP and onwards.

Fun fact: I have a windows 7 working laptop and monitor the laptop has like a hundred lines on the screen but the monitor is completely fine except the speakers don’t work. I like using it for a few things but it doesn’t connect to the internet and I got it to destroy for youtube for when I hit 500 subs

they skipped windows 9 because MS was scared the programs and software would think they are running Windows 95/98
