Interesting design and all around a very fine tuned procedure for cutting, joining and pulltruding PET for 3D printer filament. Thank you very much for sharing!
Hey there, We are looking to get more info on this. I work at a school and we would love to try this? Do you have a parts list? How does the strip of recycled plastic turn from flat straps to a rounded coil of plastic? This is the part that we are stuck on. Let us know, and thanks!
Great video truly amazing machine !!! Could you please tell me where can i find printable files for the spull and gears and where the motor goes ? Thanks in advance
I think it's a regular heating element that goes in the head of the printer and you screw on a 1.75mm nozzle, unlike the 0.4mm that comes on most 3D printers. I'm getting my order in to get this one build!

what a beautiful machine!!!
Thank you for opensourcing the project. How do you determine the correct Kp-Kd-Ki values?
You can use bearing for cutting because it is much easier and more accurate.

Stiching the stripes works? I had a lot of problems with this
Blow my freaking mind
I really want to do this. We use so plastic at my home. Are you selling prebuilt ones??
Is the filament hol from the inside? My is always fetch
Hi may i know what voltage does the converter output? Is it 5V for the nano?
nice
I tried to do the project only that it comes out round but empty inside what also to be?
hello i love what you did but im having problems with my program can i ask where i can get yours?
Can you elaborate on the technique to join two strips?
Yes, please, share with us in detail. Thanks!!!
what millimeters do you slice?
Combien sa coût ?
How can I get 1 or can I buy one from you if you make them
One small problem. Where do I get the components and files?
what is the nozzle temperature?
210 degree Celsius
Where did you buy your extruder of 1.75 mm please?

how to make 1.75 mm extruder ?
Drill a hole into a 0.4 mm nozzle
