D-Day 80th Anniversary Honoured In Archives

The University of Calgary Military Museums Library and Archives has unveiled a special exhibit of archival documents and photographs focusing on Calgarians who participated in the D-Day invasion 80 years ago.

Never forget, the sad reality is that most of those men (teenage children?) fought because they had nothing better to do and truly did not understand why. I honestly believe that if you could show the men, who sailed to Normandy & Juno Beach, what their nations look like today, they'd turn the ships around.
P.S. Russia marches into Ukraine… why not WWⅢ within months, just like WWⅡ??
