Christmas Tea Light Holder - 2017 Challenge

  • This is my entry for the 2017 Christmas Ornament Challenge run by Alan Stratton and Carl Jacobson - details below. I had to do something coloured, of course! A bit smaller than my 12 inch platters, this one. There was a very misjudged attempt to put a centrifugal paint effect on it - I've kept it in as it shows how to get back from a disaster (sandpaper is your friend here...). The final finish, after the stains, is some Liberon gilt wax and Chesnut's Microcrystalline Wax.
