How to Fix Broken Side Mirror Housing & Glass. This model is for a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 pickup truck.
I accidently bumped into something that knocked the glass out the side view mirror and cracked upon impact. The side view mirror housing also got knocked out of it's place at the same time.
I reinstalled the broken side view mirror glass and waited a week for the new glass to arrive. During the whole time driving this truck, not once did the broken glass fall out. This model allows you to easily clip the side view mirror glass back into the housing. No glue was required.
