Very informative. I have a question - I hear everywhere that niacinamide is just another name as nicotinamide. I am trying to purchase some for my husband, and the term nicotinamide is less frequent in North America. Could I get confirmation that niacinamide is the same? Thanks.
You know you can just google it to find out. I did and Web MD says, Niacinamide, also called nicotinamide, is a form of vitamin B3. It also says, do not confuse niacinamide with niacin, NADH, nicotinamide riboside, inositol nicotinate, or L-tryptophan. These are not the same.
