I think that’d be perfect (if it is all steel) for .45 ACP!
How much
For $2400, might be better to just get a Staccato or prodigy with their short triggers… the Gucciest of Glocks can only dream of shooting as nice as what a decent 2011 shoots, not to even mention upgrades
Exactly this. While I love the idea of a steel Glock … that doesn’t overcome the trigger. The most critical part of a competition gun. Glock triggers are fine. Can be upgraded. But all the upgrades in the world won’t make it even half as good as a hammer fired 1911 style trigger.
The only thing I don’t like is the handle. The shape just doesn’t look right to me. But I’d love to see Glock actually make an all steel g19, or any of them really.
No way I could ever pay that
3,030 USD completely decked out with the Trijicon and night sights. I'd say it's reasonable, though I could never afford one justifiably.
Gun looks good but if you can't grip that gun if the texture ain't good enough what the point this fella can grip it with gloves
This could be pretty cool for USPSA CO, but the price point is way too high compared to the other options. It would be a real competitor if it were priced below $1500. I've been waiting for a steel frame Glock pattern pistol for a long time, but $2400 is a non-starter for me. I know it's difficult to do at a small scale, but this would be a much more compelling option with a cast frame and a $1000-cheaper price.
It’s perfect for limited optics
@@jefffifield It might be, but the 2011s are going to be tough to compete against. The Timney is a great trigger, but it doesn't really compare super favorably against 2011 triggers. At a lower price point it would be a fantastic option though. It's just tough to see it as super compelling at that price point, even if it is super cool.
@@jackwicker we’ll see
@@jefffifield It'll certainly be viable, but you can get a steel frame 2011 for near the same price.
@@jackwicker you should look into the Stealth Arms Platypus. 1911 on an aluminum frame that takes Glock mags, fully customizable, and all for under $2000. Just a thought...
Looks like it still has a lot of muzzleflip.
LMAO. NO!
Because I'm a dummy I actually like it not because it's based on a glock, but because it reminds me of a pistol from Titanfall 🙃
Glocks are overrated, overpriced, overhyped, pieces of shit that are only decent after you send to Taran and he sends it back along with an $800 invoice. Get a Walter or a Canik instead but probably a Walter bc of the quality being so good.
It's not that bad man....get you a used g17 for about 300 and you can't beat it!
You sound like your wife's boyfriend owns a Glock.
Overrated and slightly over priced for sure. But they are not bad guns.
@@spacepope87 No, they’re not. Good guns. There’s a reason police buy them in the millions. They don’t not go boom.
