Great video again. My number 1 is *Baraonda*... I just love it. The whiskey note in Baraonda is just amazing and very intoxicating. To me it's a masterpiece. And I think it is my most complimented niche fragrance in my collection! Also last night I tried Ombre Noir and I really liked it but I should give it more wearing.
Same! I tried to love Fan your Flames but I think it's the rum that I don't love. Baraonda still hits that boozy/tobaccoy/classy spot but with whisky. Love it
Love this format of breaking down fragrance genres. The funny thing is that I don’t drink alcohol, but boozy fragrances are so gorgeous on my skin, and in general. Some of my favorite options in my collection are the Siren by zaharoff, Bvlgari man in Black, you or some like you is like a mint mojito without actually having a boozy note, and lastly 2nd soul has a touch of rum that pops of my skin just enough to add that boozy nuance that is so attractive. Keep up the creative quality that you are putting out with your videos. You’re setting yourself apart from the rest of the fragrance community in a good way and I’m all here for it.
Great video and I enjoyed it and I like Givenchy Gentlemen reserve prive and Nishea fan your flames and im going to try the other fragrances and have a blessed night
Pasha de Cartier Parfum is very good, the best designer fragrance I bought last year. You are also right about Straight to Heaven, very nice fragrance. I also have Ursa but I would not compare them, to me they are too different.
I have Triumph of Bacchus from Argos. Absolutely fantastic! Adonis Awakens I received as a free sample with my purchase and Adonis Awakens i like a little more than Triumph.
Just got a bottle of Triumph of Bacchus. Arguably, the finest tobacco scent created. Sad I'll have to park until the fall. Way too sweet for the heat, IMHO. I own Fan Your Flames. It's not bad, just hasn't captured me. You've peaked my interest in L'humaniste and Overture Man.
Lol yes Overture Man is a beat of a fragrance. I remember wearing this two years ago when my nose was still used to mostly designer stuff and thinking how could a person wear this. Now I own a full bottle and love it. This is a boss fragrance you dress up to wear. 😅
I gotta try Overture Man, I really like Interlude Man which is the only one from the house that I have, but Overture sounds right in my wheelhouse as well.
Great vid per usual. I blind bought Overture Man(because it was discounted at $220)and still haven't sprayed it yet. I'm waiting for the winter to roll back around here in the Northeast 😅
My sentiments exactly Justin reference STH by KIlian. This was my first Niche acquisition back in 2009. I got introduced to it from a relative that was visiting from the USA. I remember being intoxicated, intrigue and overwhelmed by the aroma that this fragrance emanated off my relative as I chauffeured him to a Carnival fete...The juice took over the car entirely. My wife didn't like it though, she said it smelled like a wooden closet lol. More for me! I had to have it. Went out not too long after and got myself a sample. It was my debut into the niche game.
I really love fan your flames! Not to knock jazz club, but i believe it’s almost like a higher quality version. I really love the coconut in there and i hate coconut. It comes across as a vacation or get together event type of scent. it’s fantastic.
I recently blind bought Kutay from Unique E Luxury the whiskey in this joint is dangerously good! Fan Your Flames layered with Cedrat Boise is a proper pina colada bomb I love it Side Effect was tough but Ive grown to love it my current favorite from house 💜💜💜
When I first started watching your channel Justin I binge watched alot of your old content. You gave Fan Your Flames a 10/10 masterpiece rating. Got a decant.... I BOUGHT A BOTTLE!😂 Backup in a cart right now. Then you hit me with the Catier line and so much more I didn't know about or was scared to "push the envelope." After alot of content watching and decant sampling I came to the conclusion This Guy Know His Stuff. Thanks for the great informative content. I love jazz club and insurrection tobacco cognac an extremely high quality tobacco oud clone that smells weirdly delicious and does get a lot of compliments 🤷🏽♂️ Love these videos bro great stuff💯

“Van-pie-rum” a take on vampire. This is one of my all-time favorite vanilla cozy fragrances. I own quite a few bottles from this interesting and hard to find brand.

Working my way through evaluating all the Monsillage samples, but the Aviation Club was Isabelle Michaud's first creation that I got a full bottle of. Debating La Haute Route and Route de Quai.
I see baraonda was already mentioned a lot. Try rudis from Nobile and gold leather from atelier cologne both unmistakably boozy. Pavillon rouge is pretty underrated fragrance overall which can fit in boozy category as well. The good old bentley for men intense is also full of rum.
Good list. The season is almost over for Overture. Maybe we can all squeeze one more wear before it gets hot in the northeast. Straight to Heaven is patchouli forward. Those who don't like that note will have a problem I think. Those who find that note too classic masculine won't like it. You put it on our radar a while back with words like 'gentlemanly.' Its that and more. Thank you. I'd think an entry/intermediate level nose could get into it. Would be cool to hear about more patchouli frags.

I'm hunting down Pasha Parfum, it blew my mind but it is kind of expensive here in México, only retail prices since the brand is not as mainstream in perfumery these days, I had pasha edition noire and it was quite good but boring.
Hello Mr Justin, hope you're having a good day, I have a 2 ml sample of declaration parfum by cartier, I really like it tough sometimes that drydown it's kind of weird, I'm not really sure about buying a whole bottle, but what do you think it's safer? I need to try Overture Man on skin, that, and the woman version. I smelled them in passing on paper, and remember I was really interested in smelling them more in depth. As well as Fan Your Flames. Have you tried the new Version that was just released? I heard they have addressed some of the things that turned people off of it (and the other 4 big hitters from Nishane), so I'm curious to try both versions. Also, Plum in Cognac! Omigod, so good. @@andreas6624 yeah it took a couple of wears for me to appreciate it because it doesn't smell like anything I own, a lot going on, pungent scent👌🏿lasts forever
If you like cumin and spicy incense with a sweetness try Amouage Fate man. I’ve mentioned it before, but when I first put it on i didn’t like it much, but when it dried down i was amazed. I love it even if it doesn’t get much love.
Push the envelope is not that rare once you go back to what it means "to envelop" something. If you send a letter, you envelop it with an envelope to keep it safe, protected. Van Py Rhum sounds like a Thai bastardization of vampire. Triumph of Bacchus is one I still need to get my nose on. Thing is I kinda do feel biased towards it, like I'd be sold at the first sniff. But that's kind of unfair towards a scent, because then it can only disappoint. Same for Fan Your Flames. Oh, an if a bit of stuffy spice does not remind you of BO while to others it does... not to be rude (but it is, more or less) but that probably says more about their (or people near them that they are unfortunate enough to meet) hygiene routine or lack thereof.
Haha. The push the envelope thing was a total joke. 😆 Don’t be afraid of bias, because you can’t truly know what you’ll experience until you smell it. And I believe that you have the power to not force yourself to love something. The BO reference for cumin is purely associative, but even more than that, subjective. It doesn’t have to mean anything about you if you’re not put off by it, other than the fact that you like the smell. Otherwise, it’s like saying people who enjoy the smell of an edgy Oud must not mind the stench of feces. 🤷🏾♂️
I am not gone lie. I picked up cartier pasha. And upon first spray, smelled like booty. I asked several others to get a different nose perspectives, and got same experience. I will say is not for everyone drydown may be different? But within 30 min to an hour had to scrub off, couldnt deal with that smell.
Finally!!! People are sleeping heavy on Pasha de Cartier Parfum, but it’s also a good thing cause we can keep it secret.
Definitely interested in Triumph of Baccus. Need to get acquainted
I've had the pasha de cartier parfum for a couple years now and it's amazing. I even enjoy it on cool summer nights.

Don’t be afraid of bias, because you can’t truly know what you’ll experience until you smell it.
Lol. Different strokes
Ok., thanks 4-16-2023❤
