I wish we could could get a day like that here in Kentucky. I desperately need a gray, rainy book day. It is SO hot and humid and when it does rain, it stays hot and humid, lol.
Anne of Green Gables is my favorite book series of all time. I have read them all more times than I can count. Her writing style is beautiful, but a bit wordy. If your not used to that I understand how it could be hard to get into. I hope you can get through it this time though, it is well worth it!

It’s raining here in northern Ky and I’m rewatching some of your videos for some extra comfort today. I have many books to recommend but to start I recently read “The dead romantics” and loved it 😊 and you can not go wrong with “In the company of witches” by auralee Wallace!

Congratulations! I enjoy your videos so much. I'm currently reading the same book in the Throne of Glass series. I'm really enjoying it. I've had the same experience with Anne of Green Gables, even though I've loved every television rendition of it. I'll try again before Summer ends.

Such coincidental timing for me to find your channel since I just got into the Anne of Green Gables series! I read the first book as a kid, but I'm getting much more out of it as an adult. If you're still reading the series I recommend Karen Savage's audiobooks, which are free on YT! Anne is a rambly character I prefer narrated, and the nature passages (which I'm sure you love based on your videos) flow nicely when read aloud. I enjoyed the first four books, but I just made it to the point when Anne isn't a main character anymore so I might stop there.
Anyway, I'm happy I was recommended your channel now because we have such similar interests and aesthetics. Hope you continue to grow :)

I am a sure -we all would love the combination of your very fine filming/...creating a very special ,artistic,atmosphere...your setting and lighting is very very good-like in a fairy-story-movie...and the food-recepies that you present us are delicious and very well explained.....AND they Look great...

I also have not read Anne of Green Gables but I do have the book. Did you end up finishing it and was it good after the first few chapters?
Yes, I just recently finished Anne of Green Gables!! I really enjoyed it and can definitely understand why it's such a beloved book 📚 It's such a beautiful and heartwarming story. I did find it to be a bit slow at times, but it's overall a very charming and happy read! I would definitely recommend it.
I love going out for sushi so much. We have been having a lot of weird weather lately!! Today at 7:30 AM we had a thunderstorm! It was cool. Did you see it??
I have heard so much about the series you mentioned. Maybe eventually I shall read it. Anne of Green Gables is one I have always loved a lot. I have read the whole series, but I will say, only about 3 or 4 of them I really like. Some of them have short stories about the people in the area where Anne lives and it wasn't as fascinating for me to read those. I can understand if it takes you some time to get through a few of them. There are supposedly 8 in the series, but I read a 9th one earlier in the year that Anne is in throughout but she is not the leading character. I don't know why I don't ever see that book mentioned in the series though. I really want to go cuddle up with a book now!!! Thank you.
I know I recommended a book last time to you. . You seem to mainly like fiction, I gather? Have you ever read The Neverending Story? It is my favorite book! I really recommend giving it a go. It is a fantasy book. Have you read the Lunar Chronicles series? I am sure you have.
The weather has been SO strange--and at 4:30 am this morning, our phones went off with a tornado warning, which is so unusual for the area where we live! 😱 Did you get the high winds, too?! Luckily, it didn't touch down and everything was okay, but it was scary. And I'm so happy to hear that you love Anne of Green Gables--I've heard so many great things about it and now I'm really excited to get further into the book! I haven't read the Neverending Story or the Lunar Chronicles series, but I just added them both to my list! Thank you so much for those recommendations. I love fiction, and I'm so excited to read these! 📚
@@MyMoonstoneKitchen Oh wow. No, we did not get any tornado warnings up here. We usually get flood warnings here. There is a way to turn off getting those alerts so they don't wake you up. We've had that happen before. I am glad that you are okay! It was a little windy the other morning but it eased up. I am glad you put the books on your list!!

I'm Brazilian, I suggest you put subtitles on your videos and it will have greater reach! There are videos on RUclips on how to do this! But I loved your channel and I'm already subscribed!
