- Hello, friends!! Around this time of year, I always love doing a reset to refresh my mental and physical space before the start of the holiday season--and I wanted to take you along with me! In this video, I'll be deep cleaning and organizing my home, doing a digital declutter of my computer and phone, and doing a mental reset journaling session. Snuggle up, get cozy, and let's clean, organize, and refresh together!

I never know what to do in November, honestly. I have always participated in NaNoWriMo (national novel writing month) and that has always put everything else on hold: decorating, gift making/buying, baking and all the good autumn things 🍂 Thanks to channels like Haley's, Desi's, and Morgan's, I have been able, for the first time in a long time, to romanticize November 😊 Thank you for having the courage every day to post and vlog and share your beautiful life. You make a difference, darling lady.

Even though it is a chilly day here in Montreal Canada, that doesn't matter because you bring warmth and sunshine into my day. At 61 years of age, I am learning from you about how to take time for me.
With working during the week and coming home tired, it is easy to feel overwhelmed with all that we want to accomplish, especially at this time of the year. You are so right about how we need to be realistic about our projects.
You are a very wise young woman. I know I am repeating myself but your videos are truly inspirational! They are not about the next popular decor piece, (nothing wrong in that) but you have a way of life that can bring a sense of peace and direction into our lives. I so appreciate all your healthy recipes. I am not familiar with John's RUclips channel or book but I will most definitely check him out. I also have just put away my fall decor and I am now bringing out some of my holiday decor bit by bit. I cherish the feeling of cozy blankets and pretty pillows, bells, candles and a lot of greenery with stems and garlands and even little trees to set the mood. I didn't buy much this year for new decor but I am so excited to do the decor early so that I can take advantage of enjoying it for a few months. I wish you a wonderful and serene day!

I like that you do digital decluttering, as not many people think about doing that. I have done it several times and am due for another myself. You are inspiring and reminding me!
I really like to have Thanksgiving dinner which to me is very harvest and autumn like, so I am holding on to that until the end of the month. I have never heard of people decorating for Christmas until after that (in the states) until recently. It has been hard for me to see so many on RUclips lately getting ready for it. It is crazy that Thanksgiving is in less than 2 weeks already. I need to plan!!

I have put away all of my Halloween and fall type decor. It feels so good to have less decor and clutter to do a good clean before starting on Christmas Season. I do get easily overwhelmed with too much of a to do list and goals with time attached. Your snack and inflused water looked really good.

Another cosy video, just perfect to watch while drinkin something warm. I love the idea of those snack "energy balls". They look like more healthy alternative to traditional sweets. You inspired me to do some cleaning. Yup, it's my second time watching this video. Now I just wanted to leave a comment without being in a rush. I haven't started decorating yet but I have almost all my presents already ordered or waiting to be wrapped. I might add some diy gifts too. I love watching your videos, it has made my Autumn so cozy! Just curious though, November is an Autumn months and Thanksgiving hasn't come. Why not keep Autumn decorations till after Thanksgiving. Here in N. Central Texas, leaves are just beginning to turn and it's finally cooling down. 😊

I don't celebrate Thanksgiving at my house (I go away to visit family), so I like to get a jump start on getting ready for the holidays so that my home is already festive when I return! 😊 It's also been very cold and dark where I live, and making my house feel festive and cheerful helps lift my spirits 😊
