Why did the Nighthaunter not just drop vulkan in a sun or a black hole? doesn't matter if he's unkillable, if he's in a sun or black hole he's technically dead, because he can't escape or be rescued. That never made sense to me in the books.

Vulkan is currently hiding within the deepest darkest corner of his room where he plays Battlemace 42 Million while waiting for his sons, the Salamanders, to find and gather all 9 Artefacts together across the galaxy.
Because of the waaahhh he'll come back to life because the belief of the salamanders.
Wait I'll ask the Ultra Boys if they can speed up the process by putting Cato Sicarius on the job ..

Trues out all the artefacts were left out in the middle of 1 field. He's just getting more and more disappointed they didn't find them yet.

Salamanders seem pretty popular tbh. I know quite a few players that are all " I'll never play space marines.... except maybe salamanders"

It's gonna be such a power move if Vulkan's just been hiding in plain sight as a Custodian for years or something. Just... Good god. We need Vulkan to return.
His brothers need his HUGS.
The custodians for some reason just didn't question why there was a much larger than normal Custodian hanging around that they didn't remember.

Since primarch aura doesnt really effect the C- guard that is technically possible. But if he were on holy tera oh boy that would honestly be a punishment to the man hed probably be trying to improve the golden throne, or possibly just keeping it going from deep inside the temple
Skin color and eye color would be a giveaway though.
Vulkan reminds me of a conversation Spider-Man had with Wolverine after a team-up fight. Wolverine was healing after taking a hundred bullet wounds, Spidey was disgusted and asked him "have you ever thought of dodging more?"

I feel so blue balled. I foolishly thought Vulkan was the next primarch to come back. Honestly, it'll probably be Corvus.

I wish it'd be Corvus. But somethin tells me either Dorn or the Khan will be the next. GW has a lot of questions around Corvus' tapping of his inner potential to answer that they don't seem too eager to bother with yet.
corvis honestly would be the best to return because it would actually be an interesting story of what to even do with what is basically a loyalist demon primarch. corvis is basically an elritch crow deity that trolls lorgar in the warp, how the hell could you even convince anyone that was a good guy. hell even when the imperium wasn't as paranoid as it is now demon corvis wouldn't be accepted let alone in the 41st millenium where sneezing wrong has you executed as a nurgle worshipper
The Salamanders dropping into the battle at the Helsreach docks just because they heard civilians were in danger gave me faith in the Imperium.
Would be cool if Vulkan was just wandering around helping where it is needed, the only signs being foes of humanity being found as little more than ash.
Video ideas:
1. what if one of the factions were to die, like the Orcs, Tyranids, etc.? How would the galaxy react?
2. What were each of the primarchs' opinions/relationships on Custodians?
3. What are each of the factions' opinions on Custodians?
If either the orks or niște die nobody would really care other than being happy those shitheads are dead so they can now focus on the rest of the factions, literraly the only one that would care a little bit would be Korne who would be sad a bit that orks died cuz he thinks they are cool.
If the Orks all died, it would be really handy for the Imperium, no more fighting the Orks, esspecially on Armageddon, so more resources to divert to other wars. the Necrons would be delighted, as they are somewhat scared of the Orks, given the Orks were made specifically to fight against them, and the Necrons are a fraction of there former selves, so a full scale war with the Orks could have been an issue. The stormlord esspecially, as he hates fighting the largely unpredictable and illogical Orks. and Commander Farsight would be cery happy as well, as he had a hell of time learning to fight them firsthand back near the start of his career. Everyone else wouldn't really care. Excepting possibly the Chaos gods, who would move into the space Gork and Mork vacated.
If the Nids died, most factions wouldn't care that much, except the Silent King, who apparently rought them for millenia in the outside of the galaxy before coming back. However, the Imperium of Man would b3 ecstatic. The Orks are a problem for them, but currently they are mostly busy on armageddon, very few other places, so as long as Armageddon stands, the Orks aren't an issue. The Nids, on the other hand, are a massive active threat to the Imperium, devouring world after world, a giant barely contained front which eats resources, and a second front which is almsot as bad. If the Nids died, the Imperium would suddenly be so much more secured and have so many more resources avaliable that several other fronts would instantly turn in there favour.
4. What are the Sisters oppinion on female Custodians. ?
2 and 3. If had to choose one, 2 it is.
If the Orks or Nids we're to entriely disappear it wpuld be an amazing day for litteraally everyone else. It wpuld probabky taake centuries worth of man-hours to repaair even a small waaagh pr splinter fleets worth of property damaage (lives are worth less than the gear they caarry in 40k so not going to count casualties). Imagine the Good Guilliman and the Lion could do with a centruy of no waaaaghs.

@@bumple3 I hope Konrad is next. Though not in person. What do I mean? Konrad was a prophet. He doesn't need to live to interact and talk to characters. In other words, I hope books of his prophecies will start being found. And as he was disillusioned with all sides, he might have come to some sort of peace before he accepted death and he might have a lot to say.

Just a shard of Magnus was enough to take the salamanders through the ruin storm. Imagine the asset an unbroken Magnus would have been to the loyalists! The traitors would have been crushed!
The salamders are really the ones who give human kind hope.

May as well just order half your troops to swallow a Bolter round and get the same result for half the mess.
Technically, if you don't prime the pin, swallowing a bolt is pretty much the same as eating a sou can without opening it.
To be honest. I subscribe to the theory that the reason the artifacts of Vulkan are said to bring him back is because I bet there is some sort of "soul essence" of Vulkan's within the artifacts and whenever they are close enough in proximity to each other Vulkan will magically (for lack of a better word) come back. OR maybe TTS Emperor was on to something in where Vulkan is technically already out there but just doesn't know who, what, or where he is cause his consciousness is just gone and bringing the artifacts will in some way restore his sanity again.

He probably made them a Fail Safe to restore him, having learned from his past near perma-death and insanity.
being dragged personally by gork and mork through the waaugh part of the warp generally isn't very good for one's mental state so i wouldn't doubt that vulkan might be kicking around somewhere just with jackshit clue of who or where he is

Also, I maintain that the reason the Salamanders have to collect the Artefacts of Vulkan is that they have to be used in concert to revive him from whatever his current state is.
Vulkan lives! The only space marine chapter I’d play would be the Salamanders.
I think Space Marines are supposed to get a 2nd wave of models during 10th (mainly their close range veteran) and could see see the Codex Compliant Chapters all get a bit of love give each of them a character or refresh on a character. In the 10th Space Marine Codex the Successor Chapters have joined in tracking down the Artifacts so perhaps a story and/or a mission(s) around doing that.
As for how/why getting the Artifacts would bring him back maybe they each have a bit of him like an imprint creating a Psychic like being, though the damage caused by the WAAAGH energy might interfere with so he needs a piece of the Emperor's gear to ward this off, my bet would be the Iron Halo.

I just want to say thank you for these videos man. I just got done working for 13 hours, with really no breaks and no food the entire time. I've been so darn angry all day from stuff going wrong and stupid drama, and even as I got home and learned I'm gonna only a few hours of sleep before doing it again tomorrow, I at least can have a laugh before trying to get some rest. I still think it'd be funny as hell if the scavenger hunt list was just Trazyn being Troll-Lord Supreme to trade in for his collector's edition Vulkan and his attempts to steal the spear were just him trying to collect an advance payment.
Dorn coming back to team up with Lion and Robobooty would be a pretty epic win for the Imperium. I also would like to be a fly on the wall when Perturabo learns he's back in action

Vulcan may have been active at a later time then the others but that was because he was resurrected after centuries and dorn was active for the longest time ~ 500 years I think.

Primachs reactions on malcadors death, and finding out big E has to stay on the throne
I think that the artifacts may each have a sliver of Vulkan's soul and together on nocturn, would provide a focal point for his perpetual nature and the reason why he didn't revive when brought back to nocturn was because one or more were lost during their Leroy Jenkins through the ruin storm thus necessitating Artillus sacrifice and when all are gathered at nocturn he will be able to return. But I agree there are more than a few artifacts to find.
My theory is that Vulkan is currently is stuck in the Ork part of warp fighting his way out. Maybe at some point gork and mork will see get bored and yeet him into the galaxy so that there universe can be maximum fightyness. After all vulkan makes good dakka and he’s proper fighty.

I do wonder now what will happen if Vulkan returns and the two brothers reunite. That would be interesting to see.

The shard of magnus just dumped the salamanders battle barge charybdis on the terra side of the ruin storm, allowing them to see rogal dorns message, but at the same time allowing the salamanders chaplain to see the path through the ruin storm to get to nocturne. Idk if magnus just couldnt get them all the way there or if he wanted to see what the salamanders would choose to do
