Video Idea: fly over the poles. Earlier today I was flying across the world in the darkstar and when I got to the north pole the game became extremely buggy and ended up crashing it also does weird stuff the your gps and vfr map

I was doing work experience at a small airport. All the other actual workers were somewhere else so I was just sat in the ground crew room waiting for one of the Islanders to arrive. All of a sudden operations rang me to say some random PC12 had just shown up and asked to use our fuel. I went out to help him and was rewarded with a tour around the aircraft. Weird but cool day.
That’s nice man. I’m doing work experience for a company that sells and services them. I have got the chance to do oil filter changes, take panels on and off and even sit in the co pilot seat to taxi out and do high power runs

I think i will wait and see what SWS has to offer ...
Saba runway is 400 meters (1312 ft). PC-12 needs at least 758 meters (2485 ft).
However, PC-12 are used in St. Barth at 646 meters (2119 ft). Landing at runway 10 on a PC-12 is quite a challenge.

I came here, and I'm like....."woops, wrong PC12!". LOL. As a matter of fact, the first flight sim PC12 I ever flew was Carenado's for FSX.....it wasn't bad, but it had issues.
People are hating on a Carenado product for... being a Carenado product. Come on people, the company has been around long enough you should know not to expect JustFlight, MilViz, or PMDG systems depth. If you hate it, wait for the SWS one. As for me, I've been enjoying it very much. Maybe they've gotten spoiled by paying only $15 for the recent Beech 18 and Bonanza which were joint projects with Microsoft.

PC12 is a unique and underrated plane.
I was unfortunate enough to have bought this on first sight when it came out, before seeing the videos. Clearly needs a bit of polish, and I'm sure Carendo will put some effort into it, especially after generating so much hype about it. I really did think they had SWS in mind, and wanted to release something that would make their PC-12 the one people wanted to buy, but on first impressions this was pretty much skin deep. I have to play in dev mode as the FPS in VR is pretty bad if you don't, and I mean the PMDG 738 is way smoother - so the Nano VG implementation seems to help with FPS. Another criticism is the flight model feels pretty tame - i ha no issues landing in Lukla or St Barts on my first go - maybe the plane is actually that stable, but felt a little too flat, and wind resistant.
Hope we see something from Carenado soon addressing the matter at least, and saying an update is on the way - otherwise it may hurt their brand, and I wont be too keen to purchase in future. Keeping in mind I buy these planes understanding I'm not getting a study level experience, I have other aircraft for that.

If they do releases like this, they should charge a little less and suffix it "PC12-Light" maybe then release the pro version later with full specs. The plane does look beautiful anyway.
Mine makes this really loud rumbling sound that comes and goes during flight. Anyone have an idea why or how to fix that?

Yes
It's a powerful engine with a lot of torque, it's normal to need some yaw correction during takeoff.
@@bwc1976 but this one is massive…one small rudder input correction and the plane veers sideways
