- Thanks for growing with us!
Today is a very exciting project. We finally are planting up our new @campaniainternational8665 urns. Using a combination of shrubs, annuals, and even an evergreen from @ProvenWinnersRUclips we are bringing some much needed pops of color to five different spots in the garden.
We apologize for the audio issue in the first 11 minutes, there is a steep learning curve with our new equipment! We should have these issues worked out in no time.

Gentlemen, the garden is absolutely magnificent. The urns are beyond beautiful! I love to listen to your decision process.
Thank you kindly!
Every thing looks wonderful as always…but…that new large urn is a STUNNER for sure!!
I think so too!
Wow! I didn’t think you could make your space more beautiful! But you did!! I just love it all! ♥️
Thank you so much!
OMG! I love the trailing hydrangeas in the big pot. You have given me a new obsession! Thank you for showcasing that hydrangea because I have not seen it before and could not visualize how pretty it would be!
In just a few days, it’s already showing signs of growth!
Everything is looking so lush in the garden- I especially love the new hydrangeas in the urn, they will be a real showstopper once established!
I agree!
Chào bạn 🤝.
You guys have done an amazing job. Realised for the first time what a magnificent borrowed view of trees you have. Christopher - Wear two hats if you want to -we really don't mind!
haha it really helps with the sunburn!
Oh wow! Everything looks amazing! The Jensen Urn is stunning! And the Wollerton corner came together and looks gorgeous! Bravo!
Thanks so much!
Also I have a question. Did you make a video when you put the new trellis by the Wollerton Old Hall rose or did I dream that? I was looking for it because I have a Bathsheba rose that I need to start training
@@SHARONRENEA15 I'm pretty sure Eric shared that on Instagram but we didn't do a training video on here.
Ok thanks
Love that combination, the hydrangea is so pretty!
I think so too!
I've seen a lot of potted up urns, but the Grandest one I have ever seen is your Fairy trail Urn. Really, the most beautiful! I had just bought two more of those Hydrangea to trail down my new rock bed on my slope from my patio. Thanks to you both, my Vanessa Bell is blooming today. The most beautiful pale yellow. I would never have ordered that rose normally, but viewing everyone of your garden tours made me want it. You both need to take us on some public garden tours. Love shopping with you, Lol, and of course growing with you!
I’m so glad you tried a Vanessa Bell. It is a stunner!!
Those trailing hydrangeas 😍😍
That urn is beautiful!!
They really are amazing
Oh my gosh, I want one of those little bird baths; too cute!
I love it
Your garden is looking beautiful, loving the roses and clematis blooms. Love the hydrangeas in the large urn. Your containers are going to look amazing. Thank you for sharing your garden with us. Truly inspiring and makes my day so much brighter.
Thank you so much 😊
I'm happy to see the Wollerton Old Hall climbing rose in your garden. I planted one 4 weeks ago, and the flowers are stunning! Thanks for this video!
It’s a very special flower
I love the outro “thanks for growing with us” Christopher: I can’t wait for the update ❤phenomenal job you two
We kinda like it to. Thank you for sticking with the video to the end!
Your garden makes me SWOON ❤ thank you for sharing!
I'm so glad!
Gorgeous choice with the hydrangeas in the iron! 💜💚🤍
🌼🌱🌸
Oh my goodness absolutely gorgeous
Thanks!
Cement is an ingredient of concrete. Cement alone is not useful for construction, but when combined with other materials to form concrete, it becomes a versatile and essential building material. Love the garden, boys, per usual!
Thanks!
Everything is looking lush and beautiful but the big urn is my fave it’s s going to be a stunner 😀it’s nice seeing you both enjoying yourself in the garden discussing what goes where lol keep the content coming friend from CA🌸
Thanks so much 😊
Wow so colorful love all the combinations you choose your garden so beautiful like a paradise. Thank you for sharing love all the new additions specially the big Jensen Urn that will be gorgeous. Love from Washington State 👍😊🙏❤️
Thank you!
Concrete is the end product, cement is an ingredient in concrete.
Thank you!
@@growformegardeningfurther clarification: cement is like the “glue” that holds everything together in concrete.
@@debteubner4864 ahhhhh
Everything is so lush!! That big urn, I mean wow... it will be epic. Gorgeous.
So good right?!
I recently found your channel and I absolutely love it! Obsessed with your urns!
Welcome!! Thank you for watching
That is just stunning!
🌼🌱🌸
I love the plants in this urn!
Thanks!
I find it fascinating how your taste of things change over time (really with everything) even with plants and colors. I use to not like yellow flowers but am starting to love them. I couldn’t find the yellow supertunia this year local but I’m for sure getting it next year. Love your color schemes. Purple is my favorite.
I agree!!
Beautiful garden Eric and Christopher! I recently started watching your videos and am truly inspired!
Welcome!
Stunning, Gorgeous ,beautiful combo's🎉🌱🐝 your Roses are GORGEOUS!!
Thursday morning we are going to show you all the roses in bloom!
The double hat made me laugh, thanks for keeping it real!!
haha gotta have some fun
Must have that trellis that you put on your fence. Home Depot? What a fun video to wake up to! Love you guys!
Look for the Glory Trellis at Home Depot. I can't find a link!
Ok! Thanks!
The urns were spot on! All the plants looked gorgeous, you couldnt see anything wrong with the plants being dry or otherwise. Oh ! Cement is the powder you add to sand and gravel to concrete.❤❤❤❤😊😊😊😊😊
The more you know!
I wanted to give you two a tip. When I have to leave my newly purchased plants before I can get them planted.
I place them in a large container like a child’s pool, or wheelbarrow, Wagon containers without drainage holes and I place all my plants in the containers and put a couple inches of water In and they don’t dry out.
Hope this tip helps.
Love how all the containers turned out.
That's not a bad idea!
Christopher you may be starting a new trend with the 2 hats!😂But seriously you guys have such beautiful gardens!❤️
Double the hat, double the sun protection!
Your garden is absolutely beautiful!! There are no words for that large urn with the cascading hydrangeas!! I am also in Upstate New York.
Thanks!
Gentlemen you two are such a bad influence (LOL) you’ve got me totally hooked on Hydrangeas! To the point that’s all I’m adding to our gardens. Thanks I do love them…
hahaha good!
A little orb with the tater tot would tie in nicely. Wollerton old hall is looking amazing.
That's a great idea!
I asked my hubs the cement/ concrete question and he said cement is the product that you mix to make concrete. But as with many things, we tend to use the terms interchangeably. Your space just gets better and better, that urn is already spectacular! Christopher wearing two hats was great, glad you kept it real and didn’t edit that out…loved it! 🇨🇦😁🇨🇦
Thanks for the info!
@17:30 Cement is made of limestone and clay, and with water will make a pot (like making a brick) but it will not withstand time, water erosion, or pressure. Concrete is more substantial because it is concrete and adding water, sand, and rock (like bridge pillars and building foundations) to withstand harsher conditions.
Thanks!
Love your Japanese maple.
Thank you!
I use a boot tray to keep my annuals hydrated until I can get to them .
That's a really good idea
I have used them for conifers, shrubs, etc. what I especially like it that they are reasonably shallow so if it does rain it spills over and they don’t drown
@@jansutherland6928 right! A little water isn't too bad, but too deep and they drown
Recently found your channel, you guys are great, your garden is so beautiful. Thanks for sharing🌸
Welcome! Thank you for watching!
Beautiful containers! I especially love the big one with the trailing hydrangeas wow it’s gorgeous!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I can't wait to see it grow
Your Channel is growing fast.. I'm excited every time you both post new videos.. also I love the color Yellow and deep purple together ❤.
It has been a pretty exciting few weeks. Thank you for watching!
If you like small evergreens, you might like Anna’s Magic Ball Arborvitae. I have 2 in the ground, but I think they’d be nice in containers as they stay quite small and have beautiful coloring! Also, do keep up the sun protection for your ears as my father recently had skin cancer removed from the top of an ear.
Mind reader! We added one with some other small shrubs this weekend.
So pretty you guys
Thx!
Good, creative way to do it👍
Thanks a lot
Cement is an ingredient in concrete. Add sand, gravel and water to make concrete.
Thanks!
Great combinations!I'm very interested to watch them grow.
me too!
So glad to see your Tater Tot Arborvitae. I have added 5 to my garden over the years. I thought they were to get 2' high x 2' wide. Mine are getting taller than they are wide. I love them though. That's a great idea for use in an urn.
I was wrong in the video...they should be 3x3 or so
Can’t wait to see the cascading hydrangea through the season. I think it’s in my 2025 plan for sure.
They are already showing signs of growth!
Cement is mixed with water to make concrete. I happen to work for a manufacturer that produces concrete roof tiles in the US and that is a very common question!
That makes sense
Stunning!!! Just magnificent!! I would be out working in that backyard all day-everyday. What a great and tranquil space you have created!🥰
Do you ever have a problem with wildlife? Deer or groundhogs?
I have a family member who does cement work. Here is his answer.
(Although the term cement and concrete often are used interchangeably, cement is actually an ingredient of concrete. Concrete is a mixture of aggregates and paste. The aggregates are sand and gravel or crushed stone; the paste is water and portland cement.)
So much wildlife. We are fighting some deer issues right now.
@@growformegardening sorry to hear about the deer. Our backyard here in NJ is on the tree line of a state park. So we gave up a years ago trying to put anything in the ground due to everything being munched t the ground. All is now safely up on our deck. Deer out spray is good to use.
We use spray...and we are considering a black mesh fence along the back
How do 2 working men accomplish such a beautiful garden? Your work is splendid. Thanks for sharing. See you in the next episode.
Our weekends can be pretty busy!
You guys are unreal with your landscaping skills. I can’t wait for my wife and I to move to Upstate NY, can Jasmine grow there or is it too cold?
Unfortunately, Jasmine won’t perennial here
Love the urns! They fit your garden so well! Will you try to overwinter the cascading hydrangea? Your gardens are lovely.
If we can overwinter them I think we will.
aaack!!! That urn is just amazing! Your choices were spot on! They all look wonderful and can’t wait to see them as they fill in! ❤❤❤
It is going to be a lot of fun
700 pounds of urn? OMG. I love love urns but I can’t imagine the labor involved in setting that up. Great job guys as always.
Thank goodness for good neighbors
Loved what you did with the urns. Absolutely beautiful. I can’t wait to see it fill itself in. 👍🏽
Thanks so much! 😊
You are both so much fun to watch and listen to. It will be interesting to see how the fairy trail hydrangeas do in that urn
I can't wait to watch it
Beautiful planters and great plant selections, They are the bees knees.
So nice of you
So pretty!
Thank you! 😊
Love it

Lovely

Ohhh the hydrangeas w/the purple are going to look fabulous. Can’t wait to see them later in the season. ❤
me too!
that fun, thanks for taking us along gentlemen!
Thanks for watching!

Good morning🌞looking fabulous😍

Omg I loved loved yours garden 😍 thank you for sharing ❤
I'm so glad!
Garden urns look fabulous darling simply fabulous.
🌸🌱🌳
Those plants look stunning 🤩. Great contrast. Those hydrangeas are beautiful.
🌿🌼🌸
You guys have done such a beautiful job.!! I am glad I found you. I look forward to learning from ya'll!!
Welcome!
Garden is looking marvelous. I invested in decorative hose guards many years ago. They are the cutest and yet classy. Spheres in the backyard and fleur de lis in the front yard.
We definitely need those
Beautiful! If you put some stones in the fairy bath butterflies and 🐝 will have a place for a drink 🌼🐝
Great idea!!
Wow! Love the new container. I’ve been excited to see what you were going to plant in it. The arch is equally stunning. Eric I could feel your reaction when taking in the Generous Gardener and clematis. I constantly say similar things in my garden.
As the first flush of Generous Gardener continues it is getting better and better
WoW 🤩 the urn gonna be so beautiful, i love it 👌 All your garden look so beautiful, great job guys 👍💐
Thanks so much 😊
If I had as many choices of annuals sitting in front of me as you have, all of my containers would be empty until August; I'd have too much trouble deciding. 🤔I admire your thought process, and your ability to come to a consensus; I know that isn't always as easy as you guys make it seem. The urns are all beautiful, but the large one is stunning. The trailing hydrangeas were an amazing choice(completely out of character..LOL!), can't wait to see it all in its full glory.
Same!!!!
Urn plus your flower arrangement looks very classy! 10:38
🌸🌱🌳
So I have grown the fairy trail bride white in pots. I would suggest that you wrap your urn in bubble wrap if you plan on over wintering them in the urn, as I found in my zone 7 they need extra protection in the winter time. They are stunners and thanks for the info on growing them on the east side. You guys have a simply fantastic garden!
Good to know!
So beautiful and fun video! I know it may seem silly but your tip about letting the hose water run so it's not boiling was never something I was worried about before, but on my new property, I have a few hundred feet of hoses tucked in a hidden throughout the yard to water various flower beds and the veggie garden until we can have proper water accesses trenched and WOW that water is HOT sitting those hundred feet of hose all day so now I remember to let it drain first! thanks for that tip!
It gets hot in minutes. So crazy!
Oh WOW! Everything looks spectacular! I really enjoyed watching your thought process on all the plantings! Turned out beautiful! Can’t wait to see the progress throughout the season!
Anyone reading this have any advice on over watered hanging baskets? I have saffron finch in all my hanging baskets and they are suffering from overwatering due to rain! I try to bring them under shelter when it rains but it’s been weeks and they are still drenched! I’m afraid I’m dealing with root rot!🥴 so disappointing as the season is just getting started. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! 😊
You know we are dealing with the same thing with our hanging baskets. They hold a lot of water. We very rarely have to water them even in the heat!
Portland Cement is an ingredient in concrete. Concrete also includes aggregate (gravel or sand) and other admixtures. For cooks I would relate Cement is the egg in the meatloaf. Concrete is the meatloaf. Cheers!
haha I love that
I need an Eric or Christopher…I am beat trying to get my yard together and it is only the beginning of June.😅
It's hard work!
That urn with the hydrangeas is going to be stunning! It is my favorite by far! Can you put a link in for your Home Depot trellises? I haven't been able to find them. Thanks!
I have been looking and looking for a link. They show up on the website when you look for the Viagro Glory Trellis
Beautiful, you guys. Because of you guys, I was able to talk to my Garden center and ask if I could order next year since I need more than the average buyer. And they said they could. If you haven't been, Brookside in Ballston Spa and Kulaks in Rexford are my faves. They are smaller than Fladagens but have been the kindest to Mom and me, and their prices are a little better.
I'm so glad that works out for you. We picked up the three Meteor Shower from Kulaks!
Having difficulty hearing Eric in last few videos. Love your garden💕
Sorry about that. We are working with new microphones and they have a steep learning curve.
Hoa rất tươi tốt và đẹp ,các bạn rất nhiều kinh nghiệm trồng trọt ,cảm ơn hai bạn đã chia sẻ kinh nghiệm của mình với mọi người .
Thank you!
So gorgeous! Will you leave the Fairytrail to overwinter in the container or will you transplant into the ground or bring inside? I bought one to trial in a container in zone 6b/7a. Thanks for the beautiful video! Your garden is glorious ❤
If they are really doing well we will likely bring them in
Love your new containers! What is the name of the climber against the trellis on the fence? I couldn't make it out in your audio. It's so unique and beautiful!
That is Wollerton Old Hall from David Austin Roses
@@growformegardeningI was referring to the climber at 14:59 - type of Honeysuckle
Kintzley's Ghost Honeysuckle!
Great gardens! Beautiful. But for some reason your site doesn't have a like tab anymore. What happened?
hmmph I don't know!
Just curious, will you be planting the cascading hydrangeas in the landscape in the fall? I have a couple of fairy trail brides I’m using in containers but want to put them in ground. Just a little nervous because we were 5b now a 6a. I guess I will just try, knowing they may need a place that is protected. But they are simply gorgeous!
I think they will be ok in the ground as long as they don't get the morning sun. I'm not sure what we will do yet
❤❤❤❤❤❤
🌸🌼🌿
❤
🌸🌸🌸🌸
Looks like you have your own mini nursery.
haha
That urn is amazing. On your trellis with clematis and rose…did you plant them side by side? Or opposite of each other?
They are next to eachother. I think I should have put the clematis behind the rose...just to make it easy to protect the base of the clematis from bunnies
Wow, everything is going to be and is gorgeous! Question, your ghost vine, is there only one? I so am copying you and got one. I just want to know how big she will get without looking up the stats!
That is just one!

Fun plantings! I am wondering what the evergreen is by your last planted planter @ ~27:00 in todays video. I have been on the hunt for something like that.
There is an Emerald Green Arborvitae and a small Sprinter boxwood
@@growformegardening wow! that Arborvitae seems so much more columnar in shape-- thanks for the help.
Emerald Green stays much tighter!
