Hello from Canada Paolo! Suggestion: Do a video of most flavourful healthy dishes in Japan. I've noticed a lot of your food based videos have very rich foods, but maybe do a video of dishes that are very healthy but don't skimp on flavour. Just a thought. Love u brother, be well. Oh and Merry Christmas! :)

@@nausheensiddiqui8745 I work in Japan. Depending on your profession, work/life balance in Japan is not that bad anymore in my opinion. A lot of the companies have strict no overtime policies. I work in IT and most IT companies got quite westernised in that regard. Even if I do overtime (in IT occassional overtime is a must no matter the country) I am generally off work at 18:00-18:30 which is not really that bad.
I moved to Japan from Korea where work life balance is completely non-existent. I know weeks where I arrived home at 23:30, got something to drink, watched one episode of anime and went to sleep to wake up super early to go back to work again. So after that Japan was like heaven to me.
And my home country (Turkey) turned out to have worse work/life balance by statistics which shocked me honestly as in there, Japan is known to work 24/7

Most Asian countries have homogeneous society and they know only one type of culture i.e their own. A large majority of people don't understand the concepts like vegetarians/vegans/religious restrictions etc., though the younger generation have some idea about it, but the previous generations don't. So their native food almost always contains pork/fish/beef meat/broth. So people with dietary restrictions should ALWAYS verify and not assume anything.

Paolo I love these new ideas you have for videos. It keeps your channel exciting! One thing I would love to see more of is the raw audio of you asking questions to your guests. I prefer this over the voice over because I want to hear what you’re asking them and how you’re asking them. I’m not saying get rid of voiceovers all together but maybe only when you’re asking questions towards the guests in question. I feel as if it takes away from the video to hear a voiceover over the raw audio during those parts. Great work on this video and those to come! I love seeing all these new aspects of Japan life.

Wow I actually ate here years ago as per recommendation for a lighter soup from my brother living in Tokyo. The bowl itself and the seating with the autographs make it super recognizable. Great to see it featured and glad they are still doing well.

i like how japanese people are allways positive about their work and they are very nonchalant about their day, they are very inspiring, in western culture people do their work with a sense of obligation they get depressive with the stressfull environment and quit very easily, from job to job without respecting their masters etc
