So beautiful ! I’m a trumpet lover but these saxophone players make me love saxophone as well. Geez ! What would say Coltrane and his babe brother Pharoah Sanders hearing such a wonderful stuff ?
I hope I get to play one of these days with Kirk Whalum, not only is he a great inspiration to many sax players around the world, but he is also a man of Faith, in Christ! Great performance guys!
Man, Indonesians can play! Nice job, kudos to them.. I personally wouldn't bring my horn to Kirk Whalum's show! I give them much credit though. They all sounded great. The first soprano was my favorite.
Thanks for posting this. This makes me smile for the future ! These young musicians jamming with the great Kirk Whalum is a joy to behold. I've always loved this tribute by KW to one of the most influential musicians of the past 50 years. This remains for me, the best titled composition ever. Grover Lives!!!
