Appreciate your honesty, it's a genuine and no nonsense, non product promoting, video. That you introduced other brands and people who have other types, yet not knocking them but leaving the choice to the individual, is a very welcome reprieve
Definitely a 👍👍👍
Oh ya there are plenty of options out there. I think looks and brands come down to personal preference. I liked the look of these and I can believe in fox shocks product but haven’t seen a reason to knock any others yet.
Thank you!!
New shocks...always one of the best changes when necessary! Nice job.
I wish I wouldn’t have taking so long to switch them lol. Lucky enough my bagger is set
Legend, ohlin, fox. Just can’t go wrong. The only way you go wrong is if you don’t do them at all. Nice one BB
Thanks brother! Exactly!!
Definitely next to do on the scout bobber is the shocks. You got a nice looking scoot there
Thanks brother! Definitely a huge plus in my opinion
Good job bro!!
Thanks brother!!
Yea, the prices on like Legends @$1500. That’s just crazy. 😎😎
Ya so crazy how much some
Of these parts get but they are B A
they are only 1k now ahhaha
I just bought these for my Rogue....look forward to seeing the difference.
I just bought them for my Bobber 20. Only one ride, but it's amazing how much smoother the ride feels.
Good review
Thanks bro!
I did step up one level and go to Harley’s adjustable. I got the used from a buddy who went to Legends 😎😎
Nice come up!
I should've had these on my Scout.
Ya you would’ve liked them.
Get another scout. There is still time.
im doing tons of research on the bobber before buying it, i know this is one of your older videos but ive made it through motor, belt driven, seats, highway bars, and just about everything and ive accepted the good and bad but now on to the shocks. after upgrading, do you believe bobber is still a good starter bike as long as the rider is respectful of the throttle and young (can handle the rough ride of stock bobber a little better)
I rode the bike with stock seat and shocks for 6k miles the shocks I switched way later.
I believe you can start on the stock set up just fine. The shocks are not terrible for everyone especially smaller weight wise. I’m a big guy and I rode this bike on a few long trips with stock set up just fine.
@@TheBeardedBobber well I’m 5’9 185. I think it’s going to be a great setup to start on. Thanks!
Did u have any issues with these shocks or have to send em out for repairs I’m trying to decide on the fox or the legends
Know these have been great. I don’t know on the legends. I know people who have legends in the front and love them.
What do you have your shocks set at ?
Great videos keep em up
I just kinda adjusted them I don’t know I tried to keep them lower I need to stiffen it up. I have the soft/firm set to soft
Unless I go into the hills I set it firm
I just put them on my 22 scout just trying to figure them out !
Would those be good for 2 up too?
I haven’t ran them with a passenger yet but I could only imagine they are a huge improvement for that as well.
Got a link for everything but the shocks
The shocks are just on indians website

What’s the length for those shocks
That’s a good question I’m not finding the spec for them. I know it’s roughly an inch more travel than the stock bobber.
what’s like riding 2 up on that thing?
It’s not bad and my kids love it. These shocks make it better but I have my big bike for most two up days.
@@TheBeardedBobber cool. good to know. as long as i can get away with riding 2 up for mini road trips itll do.
Shocks will be the biggest factor. I know open roader garage on RUclips rides two up on his regular scout a lot.
@@TheBeardedBobber nice. yea that would definitely be my first upgrade if i got a scout; k tech bullits, or the 444’s look like solid options. im actually getting ready to put a ktech on my fz07 after putting it off for years.
